First post on this subreddit, would love to send some happy snail mail your way! I’ve accumulated a bunch of food packaging postcards since they’re one of my fav crafts to make at the moment. Hi everyone!
I’m having surgery on November 2 and would love some good luck cards, positive thoughts, or encouraging words as I prepare for it.
It’s been quite a year for me medically, especially with my cancer journey, and I’m hoping this surgery will be another step toward putting some of it behind me.
One of the bright spots of this year has been becoming part of this wonderful community. I’ve discovered how much fun and happiness I get from making and sending cards to others. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to, and I love knowing that a little piece of happy mail might brighten someone’s day!
As my surgery gets closer, I could use a little of that same happiness and encouragement coming my way.
I love butterflies, dolphins, sea turtles, animals, nature, and bright, cheerful colors, but honestly, any card or kind words would mean so much.

Hello! I'm planning to officially move on my sister's old bedroom, and her room have a small room that I'm planning to make as my hobby room. I'm thinking of making a postcard wall of themes I particularly enjoy. After thinking about it, I decided I want the theme to be city night view/night sky and lighthouses. They can be illustrated or photographed. I have collected quite a few postcards of those themes, but if you have some postcard to spare, I would greatly appreciate it.
