I think your method is great. I’m glad that you liked my stickers and the up cycled card. I get all my supplies from various places. I get most of my supplies from Amazon. Hello! I'm planning to officially move on my sister's old bedroom, and her room have a small room that I'm planning to make as my hobby room. I'm thinking of making a postcard wall of themes I particularly enjoy. After thinking about it, I decided I want the theme to be city night view/night sky and lighthouses. They can be illustrated or photographed. I have collected quite a few postcards of those themes, but if you have some postcard to spare, I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry for posting about this and venting again, but unfortunately, my workers’ comp leave got extended for another two weeks. 🥲

Honestly, I have mixed feelings about the whole situation. Part of me feels like I’m not even injured badly enough to be off work for basically a month, so being out this long feels a little surreal. While having time off to recover is nice, it’s also been incredibly stressful.

I’m worried about my other job potentially letting me go because of my extended leave of absence, and financially, things have been weighing on me, too. Workers’ comp doesn’t cover my full usual paycheck, and I’m also missing the income from my other jobs. My bills obviously haven’t stopped just because I’m unable to work, so I’ve been pretty anxious about money lately.

I know I need to give myself time to recover, but it’s hard not to feel guilty or stressed when there are so many other things to worry about. I’m trying to take things one day at a time, but some days are definitely harder than others.

I guess I’m requesting some happy mail to keep me occupied while I’m stuck at home! 💌 Cards and postcards give me something to look forward to, and I’d really appreciate some words of encouragement or reminders that things will eventually work out.

Of course, I’d also love to hear about your day, your hobbies, something funny that happened to you, or literally anything you feel like writing about! I’m happy with any kind of card.
