💬 Discussion dont stream if your not going to put in 110% effort

I feel like everything I see on this sub is people who are new streaming, and good for them that's cool. But none of y'all understand how grueling it is to actually become successful not to mention most of the people asking for advice aren't even sure what they wanna stream. It's a very low chance that you ever even become a top 10% streamer and that goes for any platform. I feel like a lot of people see it online and think it's easy, but it's really not as easy as y'all think it is. i'm not trying to discourage newcomers, but to save you from a waste of time. if you're not going to actually try, stream 4+ days, a week, consistently post clips from the stream and short form content as well as longform videos on all platforms, including TikTok, YouTube Instagram, Facebook, then it's just a waste of time and money. Obviously this is for people who are wanting to actually make it a career and get to the top if it's just a hobby then cool do your thing but I feel like a lot of people have extremely unrealistic perceptions of how streaming is and I'm curious what everybody else here thinks. For reference I have over 150,000 followers on all platforms I've been doing this since 2023.

🔰 Beginner Help Help reduce my blurriness?

I have watched youtube videos and read guides and still feel like my stream is signifcantly blurrier than I am expecting it to be. I just stream for myself to watch later and vibe to while I work maybe clip some highlights.

I am streaming at 720p60 with 10k bitrate. Downscaling from 2k.

I feel like there is a silver bullet I have to be missing but I am not finding anything.

🔰 Beginner Help White Gear or Black Gear

Does it matter if I get steel series headphones, fifine k668t mic in white color or black. Does white look bad on stream when exposed with the face. I asked AI and it said it does that. black gear blends with wall and looks professional. I am trying to stream in dark with color lights and logitech litra glow to glow the face.

🔰 Beginner Help How can I make my spofity visually stop freezing when im playing a game on 1 monitor?

Im having trouble keeping my spotify tab unfrozen on my stream when playing a game. The audio plays 100% no problem but the app freezes on my livestream once I minimize spotify to play the game. I only have 1 monitor to work with >_<

Solutions I've tried both through spotify web browser and the spotify web app:

1- Disabled hardware acceleration in my Browser (didn't work)

2- Chose window capture instead of Display Capture, chose the spotify app itself (didn't work)

3- Manually opening spotify everytime the song changes so it can change on my stream (this is a working but annoying solution)

4- Toggled off Enable hardware acceleration on spotify and restarted the app

5- Connected a second screen using my personal chromebook and spacedesk to display spotify (This worked the way I wanted!! But in result my game dropped 70fps and experienced MASSIVE ping issues making the game and stream completely unplayable and unenjoyable to watch!!)

Theres a solution on google that im unable to do just bc it gives me different options aswell? When going to System > Display > Graphics intructions say to click on "Change default graphics settings." and "Toggle Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling to Off" Which those option isn't there for me so I can't proceed to try it.

This sounds like an easy fix I just am having soo much difficulty any tips would be appreciated!!

EDIT!!!: Figured out something that works for me!! Just had to open the miniplayer and it stays on my screen indefinetly until i turn it off o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o
