No one retains information, and do the bare minimum. I honestly, don’t want to coach these kids as nothing sticks. It’s insane to me the work ethics of age 22-29 year olds. When I explain topics I do it slowly and in a no judgement environment and they just think I’m some kind of wizard with all this knowledge.
