It was working one day and stopped the other, there were some pins inside bent that I assume were importsnt but broke off when I tried inspecting them. Just wanted to confirm the issue

I’ve had a series x for about 5 years and for the within the past year it started crashing every match of Helldivers 2. Just got worse and worse sometimes I would crash just spectating or multiple times in the same game. I took off the back cover and blew out the dust and as a last resort reset it to factory settings. I’ve also tried managing storage and blasting a house fan on the back. Microsoft says take it to a shop (uBreakiFix) but they would take it for 4+ weeks for a “total tear down.” I seem to be the only one out of my friends that has a problem this severe. Am I just out of luck? I’ve been on Xbox for 15 years never had it this bad.

I swear I’ve tried everything: ethernet, wireless, unplugging and restarting, advanced settings, idk. There will be like a two day span where games are playable (like my latency is 60ms) but then I’ll run into a two-three week period where it’s untouchable (700ms). I changed quite literally nothing about my setup so I’m wondering what caused this sudden change.

I have a black Xbox One and I had i problem with the blu ray lens and had someone help me take it apart and idk know if one of us put it back together too fast and forgot to plug something in or did something to the WiFi card but it refused to connect to the WiFi and updated, what do you think we could’ve have done on accident that’s disconnected?

As the title says i am being signed out over and over again, its happened probably 5 times in the last 2 months, every time I have to fully sign back in email and password. Even though my account is still there and its the same account I've used daily for like 8 years at-least. Never had this happen before and it happens in the middle of whatever I'm doing youtube, edge, a game it doesn't matter

it wasn't doing it at first. but when playing online today, I was skipping frames and lagging every 30 seconds or so. I joined every game last like 30 seconds into the round.

When I hit the guide button it was so laggy and took forever to pop up

I’m replaying cyberpunk and up until a few hours ago my game was running fine. Now it gets to the loading screen before I get into the game and it won’t load once I press continue. I tried waiting it out and this was followed by the game closing itself after a few minutes. I tried restarting the console, unplugging it completely, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it still won’t load.

Im trying to download games, but it wont because youtube is "updating" i can't pause or cancel it, restarting my Xbox didnt work, and clicking "Install now" on the game also didnt work

The game is "PEAK" if that somehow matters

I have Game Pass Ultimate (EA Play active), and previously installed FC 27 Lite, now trying to access the 10-hour trial for the full game on Xbox, the store says I own both, but launching the game only opens the Lite version (prompts to buy full game upgrade). Already tried reinstalling, clearing cache

Pretty sure I did this at some point because the swoosh background behind my account is blue, not green. But for the life of me I can’t figure out how to change it. Changing my account color and/or background doesn’t do anything. Any ideas are appreciated.

I’ve had my Xbox Series S for about 3 years and just recently (about a month ago) it’s started having really bad ping spikes for several minutes at a time. My ping has never been amazing, but I’ve learned to deal with the 50 or so ms it usually gives me. However, 150-200 on competitive shooters like Valorant is just unplayable, and I don’t know what to do about it anymore. I’ve tried checking NAT, I’ve power cycled, I’ve changed every network setting on my console and nothing works. If this is some known bug that’s just going around right now or if there’s any sort of fix I just haven’t seen yet, I NEED someone to tell me before I rip my hair out

Yesterday my xbox was working fine till today I get signed out randomly. Theres no way I've gotten hacked seeing i didn't get an email from Microsoft. I went on down detector and people said that they have issues with this over the past month. Anyone else has had the issue today or sometime this month??

I just started my Xbox and typed in my password that I have used thousands of times and I know it’s correct and after like 3 times this message pops up. I used the QR code strategy but it wants me to sign into my google email which also won’t let me sign in I go to change my password and asks for my phone number and when I put my phone number in to change my password this message shows up? No Xbox support or live agent it’s actually crazy how there’s no help anymore from customer support.

Says it all in the Title. Got back into playing Cyberpunk 2077 on my Series X thanks to EdgeRunners and minute I load it up it says "We Can't save more Data for this Game or App" and gives me the error (0x80830003) yet when I close it, the Game Syncs and then Runs fine (does randomly pop up though), similar to a Few Other Games too, Notably Fortnite and Minecraft

Any help would be Appreciated.

Did hear that I needed to clear my Cache but I can't find it, plus I'm worried it'll delete my Progress on my Games, Such as Save Files on Cyberpunk, Character Progress on Destiny 2 (which I've got like 9 years worth of) or Worlds I've made on Minecraft/Valheim/Terraria. Does say about cloud saving but idk how reliable it is.

I've been having an issue for the past several days now trying to get online on my Xbox One because the NAT type is listed as "unavailable". I've tried several solutions to get it working again such testing the NAT type and the network connection, restarting my console, unplugging my router and modem and plugging them back in, contacting Microsoft support, enabling and disabling DSCP tagging and WMM tagging, and even trying to find the IP address of my console to set it to public, but nothing has worked.

I am able to get online on my phone, computer, and Xbox Series X perfectly okay though, so it's exclusively an issue with the Xbox One. What should I do that I haven't tried yet to fix the issue that may work?

O meu YouTube sempre deu aquele problema de tela de erro, mas eu tinha descoberto aquele método de sair da própria conta e entrar nela de novo para fazer ele entrar. Porém, tem alguns dias que o meu YouTube não está mais funcionando com esse método. Eu entro no YouTube, aparece a mensagem de erro, saio da minha conta, entro na conta de novo, ele carrega um pouco e volta pra mensagem de erro.

Não sei porque parou de funcionar esse método, mas alguém tem uma luz?

1440 P has to be the minimum because 1080 P is just horrible once you’ve seen 4K but 4K and 120 FPS is above the budget 1440 P is the sweet spot .

My Series X has been having problems running both games without shutting off entirely, it deals completely fine with FC 27 and the new CoD MW4. I’m trying to figure out whether it is a hardware issue or the game is just extremely hard to run.

We just upgraded from the one to the series x, we own Witcher 3 Complete edition as a digital game on the Xbox one, which usually means it can be played on the series x.
Under recently played games, it shows Witcher 3 remastered on the Xbox one, which is strange because we hadn’t bought that.
Why is an owned game not appearing on our new console? Even in the store no complete edition pops up.

Basically something changed.

I always used the share btn like this:

one press: Save video of what happened one minute ago.
double press: screenshot

now , the option for screenshot is not working. Had a look on the settings and just cant find how to set the 2 things.

One I double press it takes me to recent clips. (pic attached)

maybe im skipping something stupid to set it up but i just cant find it

My Xbox has been turning off by itself and doing this since I received it back from being repaired.i woke up one morning and after three months of buying it from wal mart it wouldn’t turn on so I used my one year warranty with Microsoft and this is how they sent it back what should I do?

It is a solem day , my Xbox I've had for 8 years won't fully boot

I had been playing palworld over the last few days and early this afternoon I left it afk and turned my monitor off to leave it while I felt with an errand, came back around 7-9 min later and the screen was completely frozen, I brought up the home menu to try close the game from their homescreem but other controlls seemd to not work , I pressed the power button which did nothing so after another 10 seconds I pulled out the power chord

After that I plugged it back in , turned it on heard the fan/ hard drive making an occasional clicking/ cheeping noise , monitor was completely black so no hdmi output

The console would be like this then turn itself off after a minute

Tried multiple times leaving time between, to let residual power drain

(Yes the monitor and hdmi work I tried with my laptop)

(No my console has never had anything spilled on it or any liquid exposure)

Later on I opened up the case removed the plastic shell, Gave everything a thorough dusting with a vacuum cleaner and an air compressor to get dust out

Once back together It did the same thing as before, I did try the troubleshooting menu from sync+disc buttons still no hdmi output black screen, and powered off after a minute

I'm fairly certain the hardrive is dead and the console won't boot because of the internal handshake with it I'm just wondering if you guys think anything else is broken or wether a SSD upgrade will solve the problem?
