It was working one day and stopped the other, there were some pins inside bent that I assume were importsnt but broke off when I tried inspecting them. Just wanted to confirm the issue

I swear I’ve tried everything: ethernet, wireless, unplugging and restarting, advanced settings, idk. There will be like a two day span where games are playable (like my latency is 60ms) but then I’ll run into a two-three week period where it’s untouchable (700ms). I changed quite literally nothing about my setup so I’m wondering what caused this sudden change.

I have a black Xbox One and I had i problem with the blu ray lens and had someone help me take it apart and idk know if one of us put it back together too fast and forgot to plug something in or did something to the WiFi card but it refused to connect to the WiFi and updated, what do you think we could’ve have done on accident that’s disconnected?

Im trying to download games, but it wont because youtube is "updating" i can't pause or cancel it, restarting my Xbox didnt work, and clicking "Install now" on the game also didnt work

I’ve had a series x for about 5 years and for the within the past year it started crashing every match of Helldivers 2. Just got worse and worse sometimes I would crash just spectating or multiple times in the same game. I took off the back cover and blew out the dust and as a last resort reset it to factory settings. I’ve also tried managing storage and blasting a house fan on the back. Microsoft says take it to a shop (uBreakiFix) but they would take it for 4+ weeks for a “total tear down.” I seem to be the only one out of my friends that has a problem this severe. Am I just out of luck? I’ve been on Xbox for 15 years never had it this bad.

So you see from the image here there are two game pass tiles and a third gamepass by the search. There is also a giant Store tile even though there is a store button up top by the library button. If I scroll down a row I am then bombarded by a giant 6 tile/2row modern warfare 4 ad (which doesn’t even run on Xbox one) then another row of store content, then another row of store content, and then finally my groups, and games which I have intentionally added to home. Hoping to actually see them on the Home Screen. How do I either remove all the store tiles and ads or move my groups and games above them?

Edit: Going to mark this as solved. based on below responses it seems Xbox considers this a feature and there is no way to remove the spam.

I’ve had my Xbox Series S for about 3 years and just recently (about a month ago) it’s started having really bad ping spikes for several minutes at a time. My ping has never been amazing, but I’ve learned to deal with the 50 or so ms it usually gives me. However, 150-200 on competitive shooters like Valorant is just unplayable, and I don’t know what to do about it anymore. I’ve tried checking NAT, I’ve power cycled, I’ve changed every network setting on my console and nothing works. If this is some known bug that’s just going around right now or if there’s any sort of fix I just haven’t seen yet, I NEED someone to tell me before I rip my hair out

Says it all in the Title. Got back into playing Cyberpunk 2077 on my Series X thanks to EdgeRunners and minute I load it up it says "We Can't save more Data for this Game or App" and gives me the error (0x80830003) yet when I close it, the Game Syncs and then Runs fine (does randomly pop up though), similar to a Few Other Games too, Notably Fortnite and Minecraft

Any help would be Appreciated.

Did hear that I needed to clear my Cache but I can't find it, plus I'm worried it'll delete my Progress on my Games, Such as Save Files on Cyberpunk, Character Progress on Destiny 2 (which I've got like 9 years worth of) or Worlds I've made on Minecraft/Valheim/Terraria. Does say about cloud saving but idk how reliable it is.

I've been having an issue for the past several days now trying to get online on my Xbox One because the NAT type is listed as "unavailable". I've tried several solutions to get it working again such testing the NAT type and the network connection, restarting my console, unplugging my router and modem and plugging them back in, contacting Microsoft support, enabling and disabling DSCP tagging and WMM tagging, and even trying to find the IP address of my console to set it to public, but nothing has worked.

I am able to get online on my phone, computer, and Xbox Series X perfectly okay though, so it's exclusively an issue with the Xbox One. What should I do that I haven't tried yet to fix the issue that may work?

1440 P has to be the minimum because 1080 P is just horrible once you’ve seen 4K but 4K and 120 FPS is above the budget 1440 P is the sweet spot .

My Series X has been having problems running both games without shutting off entirely, it deals completely fine with FC 27 and the new CoD MW4. I’m trying to figure out whether it is a hardware issue or the game is just extremely hard to run.

We just upgraded from the one to the series x, we own Witcher 3 Complete edition as a digital game on the Xbox one, which usually means it can be played on the series x.
Under recently played games, it shows Witcher 3 remastered on the Xbox one, which is strange because we hadn’t bought that.
Why is an owned game not appearing on our new console? Even in the store no complete edition pops up.

I always used the share btn like this:

one press: Save video of what happened one minute ago.
double press: screenshot

now , the option for screenshot is not working. Had a look on the settings and just cant find how to set the 2 things.

One I double press it takes me to recent clips. (pic attached)

My Xbox has been turning off by itself and doing this since I received it back from being repaired.i woke up one morning and after three months of buying it from wal mart it wouldn’t turn on so I used my one year warranty with Microsoft and this is how they sent it back what should I do?

It is a solem day , my Xbox I've had for 8 years won't fully boot

I had been playing palworld over the last few days and early this afternoon I left it afk and turned my monitor off to leave it while I felt with an errand, came back around 7-9 min later and the screen was completely frozen, I brought up the home menu to try close the game from their homescreem but other controlls seemd to not work , I pressed the power button which did nothing so after another 10 seconds I pulled out the power chord

After that I plugged it back in , turned it on heard the fan/ hard drive making an occasional clicking/ cheeping noise , monitor was completely black so no hdmi output

The console would be like this then turn itself off after a minute

Tried multiple times leaving time between, to let residual power drain

(Yes the monitor and hdmi work I tried with my laptop)

(No my console has never had anything spilled on it or any liquid exposure)

Later on I opened up the case removed the plastic shell, Gave everything a thorough dusting with a vacuum cleaner and an air compressor to get dust out

Once back together It did the same thing as before, I did try the troubleshooting menu from sync+disc buttons still no hdmi output black screen, and powered off after a minute

I'm fairly certain the hardrive is dead and the console won't boot because of the internal handshake with it I'm just wondering if you guys think anything else is broken or wether a SSD upgrade will solve the problem?

I do not own gamepass so I have nothing for recurring billing. I get it from game sharing with my friend. But I still made him do it. Nothing

I changed the DNS

When I couldn’t do the recurring billing so I changed my gamer pic as I read that could possibly help.

This is also happening on both of my other 360s not just XSX

I asked my friend and he also cannot sign in through XSX backwards compatible games.

Do I just wait? I feel like everytime I try to play I have this issue. Is there any real fix?

As the title explains, my xbox keeps on turning off and on when trying to play the game. Sometimes, it randomly turns on in the middle of the night. I cleaned it last week because it wouldn't turn on at all. My monitor and xbox are plugged up to a surge protector. Sometimes, I turn my monitor on, then my xbox shuts off, and vise versa. I bought a physical copy of FH6 when it came out and recently switched to pc and am selling my Xbox. Is there any way to be able to play my physical copy on pc? From what I’ve found it looks like it’s possible on some games but not Forza.

I have a series s 512Gb and a 512Gb expansion card (820Gb total usable) I'm tired of running out of storage. I've been thinking about selling the series s and buying a series x. The s sells for around $300 - $350 locally. I've also been looking at the 2Tb galaxy model. I'm just curious what you all think is my best option?

Hey guys i have this problem on my xbox monitor i dont know if its power saving or anything else but it keeps on flickering when the screen is idle but when i move anything or any movement happen its back to normal
