There’s a new world called Abandoned Mall and I absolutely love it! It’s like stepping in to a Time Machine and visiting all these classic stores. I like how fleshed out they are too

i bought the babble mouth tracker from pishock yesterday and so i'm patiently waiting for that to arrive. the issue is, i don't have eye tracking at the moment. i use a quest 3s and 6+2 slime trackers for fbt.

my goal is to get eye trackers from paper_tracker when they restock, which seems to not be until january 2027 at the earliest. i don't really wanna DIY an eye tracker since i have zero knowledge on anything technical like that so my wait is gonna be many months with only mouth tracking.

i've been aware of people and friends who only have eye tracking but no facial tracking, not the other way around like my situation will be.

if anyone has used mouth tracking with no eyes, please let me know what your issues (if any) aswell as your experiences with babble. any experience helps tysm

Many people complain about not making friends on vrchat, and most of the time it's they have social anxiety. They are too shy they are a new user xyz. I'm a trusted user rank player with 4k hours in this game. while I do have some friends who play a lot of time, their schedules conflict with mine. they also would rather play other games or do other things than vrchat, which is fair and understandable. so I'm looking for more friends that do get on. I'm 30, so I tend to stay towards adult and age gated worlds and groups, but even in those places, I am struggling. at first, it was because I was a quiet, not very social person, but I took time working on myself for over 2 years. And now I can hold a decent conversation. I even find myself greeting people new times if there's not many people in a world or instance. I try to be friendly towards everyone, and so many times people treat me like the greeter at Walmart hey hi how are ya? anyways I'm here to get milk.

I dont wear goofy or meme avatars. I wear regular female avatars, and before you ask, yes, I am a man, but so are nearly 70% of the other female avatar users. Like im at my wits end I'm just trying to make friends I actively get on every night and talk to people but it always leads no where.

I’ve been able to pay for my vrchat subscription normally, and when me and a friend tried to gift each other + for the backpack accessory item, this message pops up when they try to gift me. They also aren’t able to drop a gift either if I’m the only one in the world with them. So, I just can’t receive anything by anyone by this point. We both already had an active subscription and I was able to normally gift them. They didn’t want to gift waste the drop they paid for already and I looked into everything in my account to see what’s up but it’s all normal

So I saved my project after working on it for awhile, nothing bad happened and it was working fine, but I pressed play , to gets my avatar with gesture manager, but it crashed my pc, it restarted fine, opened unity everything was still there, except the scene , it said unexpected error opening " scene file "

Idk what to do I've done tlamost 23 hours on this and don't wanna lose it all, starting over won't be the worst thing but it would suck to lose all that progress

Edit just started from scratch, the menu was a mess anyways, and there was a few things wrong so I started fresh and a lot more organized, I have made a backup of the project and I have a program to delete the back up every time I close unity and make a new one

I just need a moment to rant about people in vrchat making excuses about misgendering others who are obviously Trans then getting offended when the transperson corrects them. First off transpeople play this game And that whole bullshit about "i thought you where a dude cause guys who play this game wear girl avatars." No the fuck they dont. Majority of the people in vrchat who wear avatars with feminine features are transwomen. Your just using their inability to speak the way you perceive a woman to speak as an excuse to be transphobic. I know there are some men who wear female avatars, but no the fuck they are not the majority. They are a vast minority in this game. I have played since 2016. It has always been that way. If the person is wearing a female avatar and you cant tell what their gender is look at their fucking bios. Trans women always have their pronouns labeled more than clear enough, I have had my group set to trans she her my bio my status my pronouns my avatar and even using a passing female voice and ive still be hit with the "sir-" bullshit. Like caucuses me mother fucker what part of double d chest belly dancing girl voice with it clearly labeled as feminine pronouns screams sir? My tits are bigger than your brain apparently. For fucks sake. And I know for a fact some of yall just doing it to piss transpeople off. I have litterally been in a female avatar in a world called Trans Academy and had someone approach me with "Sir-" like are you fuckibg serious. And the thing is I know its not just trolls and bigots doing it. Ive had people i consider good friends do it. One of my best friends felt so bad about misgendering me he fucking bought me god damn doordash. Like its not fucking hard to be kind and dont make excuses for your ignorance but also consider the impact of mistreating someone. You dont have the right to hurt someone who is different. But the amount of people who go "im sorry its just your voice-" or "you dont act like a girl." Fucking blow my god damn minding this game advertised as be anyone or anything any where. This game First off is a global social platform you are interacting with people all over the fucking planet with all sorts of viewpoints and beliefs open your fucking minds and learn what being human is for fucks sake. Talk to people listen to their experiences make connections with them and dont fucking judge a book by its cover. That perpetually online stoner transgirl you just misgendered might be on the game because shes trying to escape the fact that her mother calls her every day to remind her that "because she can't have children the way a woman should she'll never be a real woman."maybe she gets high and gets in the game to escape truama. More likely to alleviate gender dysphoria.

A vast majority of people in this game who wear female avatars ARE WOMEN. Trans Women Are Women. You dont get to decide otherwise based on their voices or how they act. Be fucking kind and fucking treat people better you absolute trogs.

Im just so tired of defending my existence to genuinely everybody. I cant take it anymore.
