Sell/swap your Rangers tickets. Like every year, here are some ground rules:
And as always we cannot guarantee that sellers are legit, so be careful!

It's a New York Times printing press plate from the Gretzky retirement paper.

Watching versus most other teams, they often pinch us hard in their own zone and are able to keep up with us for a while.
Meanwhile with us on defense, we stack up at the blue line, and if teams carry the puck into our zone or pick up the dump in, we can't keep up with them. Even old guys like Doughty and Panarin are outskating us, looking like Mcdavid, Mackinnon, Quinn Hughes, etc.
I get we have been a bigger more bruiser type team, and Sully seems to be trying a similar system to the slower bigger 22-23 vegas team that won a cup, it was working for a while, but similar to last year, specifically that infamous game vs Minnesota early last year, when you get us in our zone with possession, we just have super slow skating speed.
This isn't an issue with top speed in a straight line on a breakout, it's that our average skating speed is so damn slow, in a possession skill and speed based era where you can't be knocking guys heads off without penalties, it's a big problem to be this slow.

Two weeks into the A.S. (After Shesterkin) Era — the cracks are starting to show. New York is 1-3-1 in its past five games, during which it has held only 42 percent of the expected goal share, per Clear Sight Analytics. In the two games this week in Canada, a 5-4 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs and a 7-4 loss to the Ottawa Senators, the Rangers strayed from the style they must play to have success. Too often they traded chances with their opponents and got burned for their leaky defense. As they saw last season, they don’t have the offensive firepower to keep up in those types of games.
The Canada trip dropped the Rangers to 1-5-1 on the road this season and took away their cushion in the standings. Though tied for the fifth-most points in the Eastern Conference, they’re now 10th in point percentage. League-wide, the Rangers’ underlying metrics are middle-of-the-pack. Per Clear Sight Analytics, they’re 19th in scoring chance differential and 18th in five-on-five expected goal rate: not particularly inspiring.
None of this is to say the season is over. The Rangers’ start earned them some benefit of the doubt that this is not the same team as last year. Even during the disappointing road trip, they didn’t fold when trailing Ottawa by three goals, fighting back to pull within one late in the third. But it’s fair to question the level of talent on the roster. Can the club truly keep up with the others that will be fighting for playoff spots come spring? Or will the lack of skill, depth and — with Shesterkin out — established goaltending bring New York back to the bottom half of the standings?

We ought to have some humor if we're going to play like the last two seasons

Only the Flyers and Blues games were available when passes went on sale this morning. All games are now available to reserve. Going solo to two games, LGR.

Hi all, was wondering if anybody knew where I could get a Silk jersey (real or reproduction). I’m a big fan of college hockey (BU) and the Rangers so I thought this would be a fun throwback jersey. I can’t seem to find anything online. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
This is our first trip to the U.S. and our first time attending an NHL game. I haven’t been able to find a clear answer on whether fans are allowed to go down to the glass during the warmup. We’re going to a Rangers vs. Avalanche game in December, and I’d love to see the Avalanche players up close. Our tickets are in Section 416.
Thanks. 🙂

Someone to make sure Garand doesn't have to start every game this season

I live a few thousand miles from the rest of my family, so when my grandma passed a few years ago (she was 100!), I didn’t really get a chance to get any keepsakes, but they did have a few things they didn’t know what to do with, so I was able to choose these.
Anyway, my gramps was a Golden Gloves boxer in New York back in the early 30s, and he was pretty successful—I guess he held some regional titles and got to fight at MSG, and I think that’s how he got these. That’s about all I know! (He also used to like to talk about how he was in a few swimming meets against Johnny Weismuller—and that he beat him once. Gramps was a pretty sporty guy—too bad he lived on Long Island and was an Islanders fan. Thankfully, I escaped that gene and have bled blue my whole life.)
Anyway, I think that one is a lighter case of some sort, and the other is a souvenir gold pan from the 1906 Joe Gans vs Battling Nelson boxing match at the Goldfield mines in Nevada.
The interesting thing is both items are engraved with Tex Rickard’s name.
And that’s about all I know about them other than that they are very cool and I cherish them:)
[ETA: The swing-top object is actually a “vesta case,” also known as a “match safe” for keeping matches… safe.]

In a turn their fans have more than welcomed, the New York Rangers have played inspired hockey this season at home. They’ve gotten to their puck-pursuit game quickly, taken early leads and closed third periods fiercely. The result — a perfect home record through six games — has been far different from 2025-26, when the team failed to score its first three games at Madison Square Garden and struggled there until late in the season.
Unfortunately for New York, a new problem has emerged. Coach Mike Sullivan’s team isn’t winning on the road.
“We were saying the exact opposite thing last year,” captain J.T. Miller said after a 7-4 loss to the Ottawa Senators. “It’s a really long season. We’ve got 42 games at each. We’d love to be a better road team, but on the other hand we’re really taking care of business at home.”
