Question Trial option unavailable
galleryI upgraded my subscription to premium to play bg3 for a bit to see how I like it on the PS5 before actually buying it, but all of a sudden it’s not there?? Is this a bug?

Question Do some games stay forever? (Extra)
Granblue Fantasy Relink has been in the extra library for a while, and I'm considering buying the dlc.
Although I'm not sure if the game will stay for a while longer like Bloodborne or leave the catalog sometime soon.
Is there a way to know which games stay for a while and which ones don't?

Recommendation As of late 2026 are there any other good Soulslike games available on PS Plus Essential or Extra?
I think I’ll finish Lies of P this week and it turns out I finally love Soulslike games. After putting in hours, things finally started to click and I realized that dying is part of the learning process. As of late 2026 are there any other good Soulslike games available on PS Plus Essential or Extra? Thanks

Extra Resubscribe for a month just to pick this up, and boy the graphical fidelity is insane.. (HFW)
galleryWas blown away with how this looks, stunning visuals. I cant even spot any difference between fidelity and performance mode, decima engine truly is magical. Why other devs cant make this graphics to performance ratio? Isnt really a skill issue? Too lazy? Or the engine itself.
I just Wish all games were optimize like this, especially with how expensive both games and hardware are in todays market.

Question Does PS+ not auto renew?
I've had PS+ for about the last few months now and almost every single time I have to re-buy PS+ completely because it just doesn't auto renew.
I don't know if I'm not in the know on something, I've been Xbox kinda my whole life but is this just what it is or is there a setting I'm missing?

Question Does someone still make post like "likely to leave ps plus"
I know someone made monthly posts on games that are likely going to leave ps plus at advance. Does somebody still make those post or are there websites to check? Those posts were a lifesaver, i dont play that much so sometimes one month isn't enough time to complete.
I knoe OliveOcelot on Youtube makes videos about games that propably leaves 2 weeks before they are announcent, but have missed couple of latest videos cuz youtube doesnt give recommendations/notifications about them.

Recommendation Looking for high-quality games on PS Plus (doesn’t have to be mainstream)
I’ve finished around 70% of the big mainstream games on PS Plus God of War, Spider-Man, The Last of Us, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc.
I also started a few others but dropped them halfway (Cyberpunk, Days Gone, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla).
Looking for some more high-quality games that are currently on PS Plus. They don’t have to be super mainstream or big AAA titles .just solid, well-made games that are worth playing. Don’t want to buy anything right now, just want to get more out of the subscription.
Any recommendations for what I should try next?
Thanks! Edit :
COMPLETED GAMES
Until Dawn, Ghost of Tsushima, Alan Wake 2, Far cry 4 , 5, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil Village (RE8), Silent Hill 2, God of War (2018), God of War Ragnarök, Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand, inFAMOUS First Light, The Last of Us Part I, The Last of Us Part II Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Control, Red Dead Redemption 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Metal Eden, GRIS, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, The Evil Within 2, Horizon Forbidden West, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Mafia: The Old Country, AC mirage,

I was planning on waiting till Black Friday to buy a year of extra. However I just got this for premium, deal ends in December. Will this deal disappear once my sub ends? Or will it stay up until December?

Satisfaction PS+ Praise Thread [October 2026]
How this works:
We make two stickies. One for people who are upset with the PS+ games and one for people who are happy with them. These threads don't affect anything else in sub so you can still praise and complain as normal outside them. (Previous Threads)
Please keep the discussion in this thread related to your satisfaction with this month's lineup.
Note: Sarcastic comments that are ultimately negative will be removed from this particular thread.

Question PS Plus discount gone after subscription elapsed
My ps plus sub expired a few days ago but a few days prior I noticed that I had a discount on my essential subscription. It was $60 instead of $80. The discount was supposed to expire in December. I was thinking that I had enough time to resub at a nice discount but after my sub expired the discount was gone and I am back to regular payment. I was confused and reached out to PS support, and they told me I didnt qualify for the discount. WTF?! I dont qualify now that my sub expired. Stupid. Was thinking of using another account to get a sub if that has a discount, make that my primary account then game share my regular account. Has anyone tried this?

Recommendation Underrated masterpiece games on PS Plus
Looking for some hidden gems/underrated masterpieces on PS Plus Extra/Premium. Not the usual mainstream recommendations like TLOU, God of War, Spider-Man, Ghost of Tsushima, etc.
Any genre is welcome — story-driven, RPG, horror, action, indie, mystery, etc.
Basically, what’s a game on PS Plus that you’d say “more people need to play this”?

General Update on SubSort, the PS Plus + Game Pass catalog tool: Play Log and monthly Play Receipts
Edit: The receipt in the gallery uses list prices, the automatic default for now. You can also enter sale or all-time low prices yourself.
Here’s a sample receipt with all-time lows: https://www.reddit.com/r/PlayStationPlus/comments/1x7419x/comment/ph2w1og/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Hey everyone,
About five months ago I shared an update on SubSort here: https://www.reddit.com/r/PlayStationPlus/comments/1t9pwi6/update_on_subsort_the_ps_plus_game_pass_catalog/
I've added a couple of features since then and would love to get some feedback.
Quick recap for anyone new: SubSort is a web tool that helps you get the most out of PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass. You can browse both catalogs side by side and filter and sort by Metacritic score, time to beat, genre, date added, first-party vs third-party, co-op modes, and more, so you can pick what to play before it leaves. And now you can also look back on each month with ratings and tags, and see how much your subscription was worth on a single receipt.
What's new
1. Play Log

You can now keep track of what you play right on the game cards. One tap bookmarks a game as Want to Play. The star icon lets you rate it, and the progress icon lets you log where you are: Playing, Paused, Finished, or Mastered. You can add start and end dates too, and just the year or month is fine if you don't remember the exact day.
You can also filter the catalog by your log, which makes it easy to pull up just your Want to Play list. Your log and the play log filters are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device. Other filter and sort settings are still saved in each browser, same as before.
2. Play Receipt
Play Receipt groups your play log by month and turns it into a receipt: every game you played that month with its list price, and the total at the bottom. It's a fun way to see how much your subscription actually gave you that month. Prices are US store list prices and don't include the subscription fee. If you're outside the US, you can switch to your own currency and enter prices yourself.
On the receipt, you can rate each game you played that month and tag what stood out: highs and lows like Good combat or Weak story, plus impressions like Hidden gem or Couldn't stop. It's a nice way to look back on the month, and your highest-rated game becomes your Game of the Month.
Any month's receipt can be shared as a link, and anyone can open it without signing in.
Sign-in is only for the new features
Play Log and Play Receipt need a free account (Google or an email sign-in link) so your log has somewhere to be saved. Browsing and filtering the catalog works exactly like before, no account needed.
Tip: start with this month
You can log games you played years ago, but when I tried going back through my whole history, it wore me out pretty fast. What worked better was starting fresh with this month and logging games as I play them. By the end of the month you'll have your first receipt without much effort.
Heads-up: regional differences
SubSort's catalog is based on the US Store. Most titles are consistent across regions, but the lineup can vary slightly by country. For the most accurate "leaving soon" list, check directly on each platform. PS Plus has to be checked on your console, while Xbox Game Pass can be checked on its official website:
PS Plus (console): PS Plus Menu → Collections (or Categories) tab → scroll to the very bottom → "Last Chance to Play"
Xbox Game Pass (web): "Leaving soon" section on the official website
Future plans: Surfacing these regional differences inside SubSort itself is something I plan to look into later on.
Outside the US? If the PS App opens instead of the store page
Since the catalog is based on the US Store, some games may not be in your region's store. If you have the PS App on your phone, tapping a game's cover or title opens the app instead of the web page, and the app won't show details for those games. Here's how to open the US store page in your browser instead:
- iPhone (Safari): Long-press the cover or title and choose "Open in New Tab" once. After that, these links keep opening in the browser.
- iPhone (Chrome): There's no setting for this, so you'll need to long-press and choose "Open in New Tab" each time.
- Android: Settings → Apps → PlayStation App → Open by default → turn off "Open supported links". Menu names can vary a bit by phone.
If anything feels off, or there's a feature you wish existed, drop a comment. I read all of them.
