Any idea when the switch 2 zelda edition will be back in stock? I'm waiting to get my hands on one but it feels like it's taking forever for them to be in stock again. Any predictions for when you guys think they'll be back in stock again?

I preordered the 40th console 9th of September so first batch (not removable battery) for click and collect through Smyths on release day.

I've had zero update. Order still says placed. Customer service assure me ny orders confirmed and they'll take payment when I've collected, but can't confirm this will be ready on Thursday 29th.

Hi everyone.

My Nintendo account was hacked where the person changed the email to something else, as well as the password.

Luckily I have my Google account linked so I'm able to get in, BUT I can't change or update anything in my account without the password.

I contacted Nintendo using their well hidden contact support form, provided them with all relevant info (dates, serial number of my Switch and Switch 2 etc) but over 3 weeks later it's still not resolved.

Last week I got an email response to say that they're escalating it with priority.

Are there any other avenues to getting this resolved? I'm in a situation where someone is able to access my Nintendo account and there's nothing I can do about it, as well as not being able to use any of the online features of my Switch consoles.

Edit: Thank you all for your help. It seems there's possibly a way to download it to console but I couldn't find it on the one I had and there was no wording on the packaging to say where it might have been if or it was preloaded or not, which might have helped. In the end I exchanged it for a console + game instead, which actually was cheaper anyway.

I bought a Switch 2 console with the game included but cannot find anything inside the box about the game. Anyone that also bought the bundle, where was the code for you?

I set up the console and transferred everything from my switch and there's nothing preloaded. The box only had a code inside for 3mths nintendo online. I got the bundle from Argos.

I never pre-order from Nintendo UK but I did for the first time and I'm really disappointed... I snatched Switch Sports Resort a week ago and it hasn't come on release. I'm so disappointed as I was really hyped to play + just had one of the wort days at work in a long time. Anyone else had this problem?

I purchased a  Nintendo Switch Online Family Membership but I can't add my family members or child accounts. I get the error: You cannot invite new members due to limits on family group changes.

I've searched online and tried everything to resolve it. But all suggestions lead to 'Contact support'. Anyone know how to do this? Chat and phone lines are unavailable and all email addresses I've tried bounce back. Reddit threads often lead to US support, but they have stated it's not their issue to handle.

The guide Looks like an ifixit teardown, i don't think the majority of Switch 2 users will of taken tech apart this far before.

Nintendo have made really minimal changes to the switch 2 design to accommodate this EU legislation. We have a new Non glued in battery, visible screws on the joycon 2 ports to aid disassembly, and a new battery connector and thats it.

A better solution would of been A re-tooled back plate with a single screw battery door, the position of the battery in the unit looks like you could keep the kickstand design as is too, and it would mean you dont have to disasemble the unit to change the battery.

Pre-ordered it last week and it is arriving on the 5th of November. Should I assume it is therefore with a replaceable battery? Asking as I have ordered again from Curry’s just now for a replaceable battery version but obviously will have to cancel one!!

(I can tell the product reference number is different to the one that will be arriving on the 29th of October though)

Looks like the new user replaceable battery edition is available to pre-order. It is a different product code to the other switch 2 zelda edition so I assume it is.
