Hey, I'm a biology major microbiology concentration here at gsu. I plan on taking molecular cell biology next semester and i saw I have the option to either take the molecular cell biology lab or take genetics lab when I take genetics. Which lab do yall think would be better to take?

I need to register for a social science, and ive already taken political science. i wanted to know if anybody had any recs for a class thats not super hard with asynchronous options

I am an f-1 (international) student and i can only work on campus. I am having no ease finding one off of handshake. Has anyone else found jobs on campus some other way? What else can I do to get on campus jobs other than Handshake? Please help!

Hey everyone! I’m a freshman in the 2nd semester at GSU in the Honors College, and I thought Honors College students could register for Spring 2027 classes today.

However, I still can’t register, and PAWS shows that my registration starts on November 2. I also don’t have any holds on my account.

Is it because I’m still a freshman? As far as I know, the freshmen in the 1st semester are the exception who can't register early because they gotta meet their advisor, but I am in my 2nd semester. I thought Honors College students could register earlier than other students, including freshmen.

Are any other Honors College freshmen experiencing the same thing, or does anyone know how this works?

Has anyone taken BIOL 2260, BIOL 2251K and CHEM 1152 in the same semester? If you have how was it for you? I’m currently taking 18 credit hours of not so hard classes (CHEM 1151, HON 1000, SCOM 2050, PERS 2001/2002, NURS 2010 and NUTR 2100) so i wanna know how that would compare to my current courses. Should I take A&P 2 and microbiology (bio2260) at the same semester? I don’t really have a choice to take one in the summer because of transportation issues. 😭

I'm applying for the perimeter college. I may have to go to Atlanta Technical College for a semester if that's the case. I know Calculus will transfer but don't know if something like java will.

Um so it says I have hold, but when I clicked that it shows I have no hold. Is this happening to anyone??

Hey I’m a senior graduating next semester. My registration opens Wednesday. Yesterday I saw a hold for senior advising (I don’t remember what it was called but Ik it’s for seniors) I emailed my advisor about it but she didn’t reply and I think she’s out of office. Now that hold dissapeared but I didn’t do anything. Is there a chance it’ll reappear when my registration opens? I’m having anxiety abt that 😭 I think I may not be the only one having this problem?

Hello all, I have been accepted to the mph program at GSU and I will be starting my program in spring. With that said, I am also looking to finish up some science prerequisites at perimeter campus because it’s near my house. Does anyone know if it’s possible to be a graduate student and also simultaneously take classes at perimeter campus? Or if anyone has done this before? Would be greatly appreciated
