Free trials with cancelation fees? And which ones to be wary about?

So revolut offers a free trial to one of their upper tiers. The problem is when you try to downgrade it hits you with a cancelation fee until for me personally july 2027 why is this? I took the extra month they gave me and I'm assuming this is why anybody know of any other trials that take advantage of this?

What is a simple "unspoken rule" or life hack you think everyone should know, but surprisingly few people actually do?

Like a small shortcut or a better way of doing an everyday task that completely changed how you do things once you learned it. I'm just looking to pick up some useful daily tips. What’s your go-to?

Do you actually use the app on your automatic litter box?

Every appliance seems to want its own app now, and I'm not sure I need one for a litter box. I'm comparing petkit notifications, weight logs, and remote controls with a basic no Wi Fi model like petpivot. I can see alerts being useful if a cat suddenly stops using the box. I can also see myself ignoring them after a week and getting annoyed when the connection drops. If you have a smart litter box, do you still use the app? Anyone choose the simpler option and regret missing the data?

How do you keep cards from getting destroyed in your wallet?

Other people who carry wallets in your back pocket. How do you keep your bank/credit cards, IDs, etc... from getting worn out in your wallets. I'm in my mid-40s and every card I have ever had in my wallet looks like I've gone over it with sandpaper.

What advice would you give someone who genuinely wants to change their life for the better?

I'm looking for honest advice on self-improvement and personal growth.

For those of you who have made significant changes in your life, what habits did you build, what mindset did you change, or what lessons did you learn that made the biggest difference?

It could be anything related to finances, career, health, relationships, confidence, discipline, or simply learning how to live a happier and more meaningful life.

If you could go back in time and give your younger self one piece of advice that could genuinely change their life, what would it be?

I'm especially interested in practical advice that actually works in real life, not just motivational quotes.

I'd love to hear your experiences, mistakes, regrets, and lessons learned. Even a small piece of advice might make a big difference to someone who's trying to improve their life.

I need a messy room hack for us with adhd

I had a strict regiment for a while to keep my tiny room clean, but now I can't keep up with it.

I've accepted with my work schedule I can either work and have a clean room, or work and have a life and no clean room.

I need some hacks, like having a bag for clothes that I haven't hung up yet, or a box for random stuff to throw into, or the secret to not caring

I've Got a Frozen Carbonated Drink, Will it Explode While Thawing?

So the title kind of says itself.

Context:

I'm living with a friend and she's got a second fridge to store food at basically freezing level. The reason I say basically is because it takes a REALLY long time for the items to get frozen, multiple days.

I put a schweppes bottle in it, forgot it for weeks (and the fact that the fridge freezes things over time), and now I've got this SUPER inflated bottle in my apparent. Normally, I'd take it outside, but I live in town, so it's not really something I can do.

For now I've put it in a plastic bag, in a plastic bucket container, and have something heavy to keep the box from opening in case the bottle explodes.

End of context.

Has it reached max expansion from it being in the freezer, and thus wilo not expand now that I've taken it out? Will it continue to expand even after taking it out of the freezer and letting it slowly warm up? And if it doesn't explode, can I eventually open the bottle after a few days?

I don't know if I'm overreacting, but all I know is that I'm absolutely terrified of this bottle exploding at my friend's apartment while she's gone.
