Currently I can’t log into my USF account.

Reason is bc my login timed out in the Authenticator app.

When I try to log back in, it says I need to type in a code in or from the Authenticator app.

Which I can’t do because I’m not signed into the app on my phone and I am trying to sign into it and don’t have another mobile device to sign into.

When this has happened before, sending a text was an option to where I could simply do that and type in the code that way.

When I went to the library to request them to temporarily disable MFA for my account to allow for logging back into the authenticator, the person even said a lot of people have had that issue.

I don’t know why they took away using a texted code as an option for MFA, but they need to let us do that again bc this seems to be a very foreseeable and common issue that could easily be prevented/resolved if we had texting a code as an option.

Today I tound a lost pet bird in parking lot 17B on Willow Drive. Me and a couple of others attempted to catch it but it ended up flying into a nearby tree and I lost it. It seems comfortable around people but it did end up biting one of the people who tried to grab it. If you attempt to capture it, use a shirt or something to protect your hands from bites or catch it in a box.
Domestic birds cannot survive on their own outside! If anyone sees it or captures it Imk!

Am in the process of being withdrawn from two classes while simultaneously being added to EGN4905 for the same number of credits over the scholarship issue posted a couple days ago.

What is y’all’s experience taking that class?

From the least of my knowledge, one of the academic advisors was written down as its professor and it’s graded either unsatisfactory or satisfactory.

I need to take ISM4323 and there are only 3 professors showing up available: D. Guillette, I. Bernard, and G. Sheybano. None of these name show up on rate my professor so i was wondering if anyone has any experience with these professors? And if so, what are some things I should know about them.

Does anyone else having problems with trying to get a permit for any classes involving the muma college of business. I emailed them twice the past 2 weeks and they said “Thank you, we had a discrepancy in the registration dates and the permits link will open on October 26th(a week before registration). Please submit next week” but I’m checking right now on the website but it’s still saying “The permit form is not currently active.” I’m definitely emailing them again but I just wanted to see anyone else is having this problem. I’m not sure if it’s still too early for them to put the form up or whatever.

fyi if I were to take M. Ziadie for this class, I would need to do register for the alternative grading/remote (AG) version of the class which is basically no dropped exams in place of the usual participation points.

hi guys i’m a broke unemployed freshman with no car at usf this is my first semester here, all my friends who have on campus jobs all applied on handshake in the summer but i didn’t know to do that so i applied early in the semester (8 on campus jobs from handshake and wrote cover letters and everything) and got straight up rejected from two of them (no interview or anything) and haven’t heard back from the rest but im assuming i didn’t get the job. i applied to a bunch off campus and didnt get any of them either!! do more jobs reopen for spring semester or am i just cooked and have to wait until next year to apply

I do not have the resources to care for them for long and local sanctuaries are full, but also most would just euthanize them so please if anyone on here is able to rehab this poor baby, please let me know.

Hey everyone! Who do you recommend for Orgo 1? I always hear people say to take Cruz for Orgo 1 and Kona for Orgo 2. Why is that? Are Cruz’s exams harder, or are the exams the same across professors? I really don’t want to risk my GPA, so I’d appreciate any advice from people who’ve taken them!
