Hi, could someone please let me know who I should take for this class next semester? The options are M. Margres, Y. Yang, and M. Ziadie. Thank you!

fyi if I were to take M. Ziadie for this class, I would need to do register for the alternative grading/remote (AG) version of the class which is basically no dropped exams in place of the usual participation points.

hi guys i’m a broke unemployed freshman with no car at usf this is my first semester here, all my friends who have on campus jobs all applied on handshake in the summer but i didn’t know to do that so i applied early in the semester (8 on campus jobs from handshake and wrote cover letters and everything) and got straight up rejected from two of them (no interview or anything) and haven’t heard back from the rest but im assuming i didn’t get the job. i applied to a bunch off campus and didnt get any of them either!! do more jobs reopen for spring semester or am i just cooked and have to wait until next year to apply

Would y’all recommend taking physics 1 online or in person during the spring semester?? Also, with or without calc?

The server is loosely based on EarthMC, with land claims and a live server map. Roleplay and writing lore heavily encouraged :) Land can be bought with in-game resources, taken in war or won in events (details in discord)

The inspiration for syp, however, didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started on a soccer pitch.

Mathis Fürst Haugen arrived at the University of South Florida in 2022 to play soccer. Accustomed to the mild climate of his native Norway, the intense Florida heat took a silent toll on his body.

Has anyone been contacted back for an interview yet? I know they give out all decisions on Nov. 1 and interviews have to happen before then. Fingers crossed I get an email this week I guess

we found a really badly injured muscovy duck chick and we actively have them in a box with warmth and water. I do not have the resources to care for them for long and local sanctuaries are full, but also most would just euthanize them so please if anyone on here is able to rehab this poor baby, please let me know.

If anyone has any recs based on profs, online, no honorlock, stuff like that i would appreciate it!

Hey everyone should I take MCB 3020 + lab, BCH 3053 + lab, or PCB 3063 + lab in the summer? For context I'm a sophmore and I will have taken orgo 1/2, Bio 1/2, and cell bio by next summer. Which of these classes is best to take over summer and manageable in the tampa campus?

Hello everyone! I'm a male doctor and i will be doing a 4-week observership at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) in March 2027 I'm looking for an accommodation/stay to share with other students or visitors during that period.

If anyone is looking for a roommate or has any leads on affordable shared accommodation nearby or Tampa in general, feel free to dm or comment.

What’s this location like? How’s the emo scene in Tampa?

Hey everyone! Who do you recommend for Orgo 1? I always hear people say to take Cruz for Orgo 1 and Kona for Orgo 2. Why is that? Are Cruz’s exams harder, or are the exams the same across professors? I really don’t want to risk my GPA, so I’d appreciate any advice from people who’ve taken them!

The only two options for biochem lecture professors are K. Daniel and D. Keramisanou. Which professor is better to take? I can't find anything on rmp.

For Cell Biology, which professor would you recommend between Dr. Gautam and Dr. Nanjundan? Which one is better overall? I’d appreciate any advice from students who have taken either professor. Thank you!

For context, I completed 28 of the 125 credits for the Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering as a dual enrollment student. On my application for the degree-seeking status, I wrote that I was going to be a full-time student and was going to graduate four years after graduating high school.

This alongside a high GPA resulted in me getting the Scholar’s Gold Award. Because of dual enrollment, there is going to a school year where I cannot complete the 30 credit a year requirement.

My questions, as a result, are: What is the process of writing the Undergraduate Scholarship Petition for not completing the 30 credits? And, What happened as a result?

It sounded like there was a supposed acceptance rate of them paying the $1000 in the Fall and Spring after writing this form.

Has anyone taken biomedical physiology with Brazelle? Any feedback?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to move to an off-campus apartment close to the school. And I'm starting to lean towards the venue, about to start my application and everything.

Does anyone have experience with the venue, or know anyone who's lived there?

Is there anything I should keep in mind before applying?

Please, I would like to know everything about it before making this decision.

Thank you!

there is a professional filming crew south of marshal student center. they have some serious gear and setup. i could not disturb them to ask but anyone know what it is for?

I am planning to take a couple science classes next semester. I was wondering if BSC2093C, PHY2053 with Lab and PCB3063 with lab. Would these subjects be doable all at once? Does anyone have any information on how BSC2093C is like? I don't often hear a lot of things about this class in particular.

Just would like to share that I have been admitted to USF for my master's for the spring semester! I am so excited; this was my top choice. Just thought I would share in case other applicants are wondering about when they could expect to receive notification regarding their applications. Go bulls!
