What are some of your favorite smoking tunes of all time

(This is some of my first grows harvest, this year)

I know there’s dispensaries all over Illinois, but definitely makes me upset that big alcohol is trying to get light THC beverages out of stores :(

I know the trichomes are literally invisible but shit gets you high

The original cut was popped by Manny and meticulously preserved by Keith Lans.

Holding onto a single, original cut for over 32 years is an incredible feat of dedication that I think any grower or smoker here can appreciate!

The project started years ago but unfortunately got sidetracked. We are incredibly happy to finally see it through to the end.

The Foundation: We started out with a Dominion Seed Co. strain called Hoodoo.

The Selection: We selected a male that perfectly matched my absolute favorite lady of the bunch.

Step One: We crossed the original Sour cut with the Hoodoo male to create the first step of the project.

The Hunt: From there, we popped 100 and got 43 males.

The Goal: The intention was to flower out and find the closest matching male to the original Sour using structure, leaf formation, and growth patterns.

The Chosen One: Early in flower, one plant stood out among all the others, it was close match. With the ultimate goal of recreating the original Sour in seed form, this was the obvious choice.

The Cross: The other 42 males were culled, and the 32+ year-old original cut was dropped into the flower room with him.

The goal has always been about preserving the history and bringing back the real, original Sour Diesel that started it all.

Here's a pic of a 5 lb bag of Ice Cream Cake from my job at a dispensary. Part of my job is to weigh and package weed for sale. I packaged these 5 lbs into 160 half oz bags (plus some shake left over for pre rolls). Even though I was in the back room, the whole shop smelled terpy. 🙂

I also packed up some Han Solo Burger and Northern Lights yesterday.

I can't wait to go into work next to see what new strain I get. The best part is when I first open the vacuum sealed bag, and put my nose in to take a big whiff. Delightful.

Or had something unexpected come up that you had to do right after smoking?

One story that comes to mind is when I was 16 at my second job (McDonald’s) in a non-legal state. We all used to hit off this one lady’s pen, but it was pretty crap. It was before the days of the thca/thcp/delta carts and stuff. The era of those sketchy cartoon character branded carts (iykyk).

Anyway, this guy came in as a new hire from California and he had a legal pen on him. He let us all (4 or 5 of us including him)hit it and we each took 3/4 hits cause that’s what we’d take off the other lady’s. Only uh…. that shit smacked hard. I was extra fucked being the only minor and having zero tolerance.

Within 20 minutes, the place went to shit. He was the only one who was fairly functioning (including the manager) but it was his secant day. By 4am we’d all been fucked up for a couple hours, just starting to sober up, and our GM had just come in for morning shift.

He was confused by the state of the store and the fact we were still selling food cause we were supposed to close from 3-4am to turn over for breakfast. It was a time.

I have a fuck ton of weed right now and I wanna do something stupid like seeing how many bowls I can smoke back to back… Anyone have experience?

Pink Runtz from Royal Queen Seeds, second time I've grown it. First time the aroma and structure was complete different, smaller, but better looking buds and stronger nose. This time huge buds but no top notch fragrances. Grown six plants in total and all of them were different. 7/10

Smells like vinyl flooring with a chemical taste and very cerebral effects.

This is the second time I’ve had this happen in the past couple months so I figured I’d make a post and see if there’s anything I can do. I buy screw on 1g cartridges, usually MicroBar brand. When I go to screw them on my pen, they just won’t work. My pen will flash like it’s dead, but it isn’t and works with any other cartridges. For a while I was able to leave it about 60-70% tightened and it was actually working again. But now it’s back to just flashing everytime I try to use it, regardless of how far on it is. I can go return it in a few days, but I live really far from a dispensary so it’s just kinda a bummer to go product-less for a few days after buying. Any info on this, especially if there’s something I can do to use it would be super helpful.
