What you’ll do

• Build, train and deploy ML/LLM models in Python, used by real paying customers
• Own the whole pipeline: data, training, deployment and monitoring
• Work directly with me, with no management layers

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python, plus PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience shipping models to production (Docker, cloud)
• Nice to have: LLMs, RAG or MLOps

What we offer

• $4,000–5,000 USD/month, paid monthly
• 100% remote, open to candidates worldwide
• Flexible hours, with about 3 hours of overlap with US time zones
