Discussion Genesis: making Quantum Molecular Laboratory

Hey everyone
For the next update of Genesis, I'm building a molecular laboratory. The goal is to simulate chemical bonding and interactions using actual physics and math volumetric electron density |Ψ|², dynamic force vectors, and potential energy relaxation instead of static ball-and-stick models.
Getting the Python physics engine and JavaFX 3D rendering to work smoothly together is taking some time, but here is how the interface is looking so far with an H₂O molecule.
I'd love to get your feedback or suggestions. Also, if anyone wants to test early builds and help me catch bugs or tweak the physics, drop a comment or send me a DM!
