This drawing took me 14-16 hours to complete. It was quite the challenge because I was trying to recreate the blurriness effect of the reference photo I used. But I am pretty happy with the end result. I like to use a mouse as my drawing tool, so thats probably why it took me so long to do.

Many of you have heard of the candy runts, the fruit flavored hard shelled with everyone's favorite being the almighty banana runt. Well, a few weeks ago I had a dream where the Ferrara Candy Company made two new bizarre runts flavors. Let me explain.

The dream begins with me and my family at this bulk barn-like specialty candies shop in the downtown of my city. The store had all sorts of strange and bizarre candies such as white chocolate planets, or these light green hard chewy gobstopper-like candies. 

However, what caught my eye the most was the aisle with the runts. Each runts flavor had been sorted into their individual bin, such as only grape or banana. I immediately started to fill a bag with banana runts, because banana runts and banana flavored candy in general are my favorite flavors.

As I was filling my bag however, I noticed two additional flavors next to the banana bin that said French fry and hot pepper runts. The French fry runts were the same color as the banana ones and were either curly or in a perfect straight line. The hot pepper ones on the other hand were in the shape of a jalapeño and came in green, yellow, and orange.

Out of morbid curiosity I took a small scoop of the French fry and hot pepper runts and added them to my banana ones. My mom told me that we needed to go, so we paid for our stuff and left the store.

While we were heading to the car, I tried some of the strange runts I bought. I first tried one of the French fry runts, it tasted sweet and salty, almost like a sweet and salty version of the jelly belly buttered popcorn jellybean. The hot pepper runts on the other hand tasted like a candied or sugar-coated jalapeño with a kick, yes, they were spicy. The other colored pepper runts tasted the same as the green one but had different levels of heat.

When we reached our car and I hopped in, the dream immediately ended. The dream felt so real that when I woke up, I looked around my room to see if my bag of runts were anywhere to be seen, sadly they weren't.

After having the dream, I tried searching for French fry and hot pepper runts, but I couldn't find anything. Although I probably shouldn't be surprised as I highly doubt the Ferrara Candy Company would make such bizarre flavors. Although these aren't the strangest candies I've heard of, as I've seen ranch dressing soda, 26-pound party gummy bears, and even spicy pepper gummies that also pack a punch.

Out of curiosity would any of you try these runts?

was nearly done with a project and opened a text box and scrolled through the fonts to pick. stupid fucking app gets overwhelmed by the like 50 fonts it has to load and shits itself, and now i have to redo TWO HOURS OF WORK. FUCK YOU MICROSOFT AND YOUR UNOPTIMIZED SLOPWARE.

can you at least implement something that backs up a project???? I HATE YOU.
