Cut up the chicken sausages and browned them in a skillet.

Steamed the broccoli in the microwave and then finished in the same skillet to cook the browning from the sausages into the broccoli with garlic and onion powder.

Nothing special with the noodles

After removing the broccoli I added a tiny bit of water to pull everything off of the pan and added the Alfredo to simmer.

Still have some pasta to cook next time!!

I didn’t realize red lentils and rice do not work at well as other grain combos cooking together so it got mushy. I then added the peas, butter, garlic, ginger, soy sauce to add flavor and texture and it works well enough for me.

How come we don’t have more dried beans here?

Big pot of dried pinto beans with some roasted hatch chilis I had in the freezer

Will be served over the week, microwaved with rice, broccoli, and some meat (pork tenderloin)

I will try and freeze a bunch of this as it’s a lot of food. But will cycle different beans in as my freezer develops a harem of beans (some Mexican red beans from last week are already in there)

The two in black are pork roast and the one in the middle is beef. All three have mashed potatoes, corn, and the pork has turkey gravy and the beef has beef gravy. I'm going to make applesauce for the pork roast. I froze the beef one on Friday because I brought it to work and found out we leave at noon on Fridays.

question What meal prep accounts on Insta or YouTube do you recommend?

I am looking for either fast or simple or both recipes.

No "write a comment to get the access" scam.

It could be pan, oven, airfryer or Thermomix, but having 2 small kids I do not have a plenty of time to make some sophisticated dishes.

Stuck for ideas

I’m gluten free and currently bulking. I urgently need bulking meal prep ideas that are half-enjoyable at least and as simple as possible. If I look at mince again I’ll cry, and chicken is seeming dry and tasteless to me at the moment. Needing all the calories and protein I can get!

I don't have a work microwave: what food can I make?

So I work in a very small office (theres 3 people, my boss included) and we don't have a microwave. it's fine for my coworkers, but i commute 35 minutes and even with my hour lunch break, i cant drive home to eat. I've been there for a short time but im spending insanely on buying food bc my only option is sandwiches or to buy food basically.

So, I need help, and I'm hoping this is the place to ask for it. What food can I make that isn't just sandwiches? I don't like tuna and I can be a picky eater but I'm almost willing to try anything. Thank you so much to literally anyone who can help !!!

advice Need ideas for meal prep(NO STOVE)

Hey guys, we recently got our kitchen redone so I now have a kitchen sink thankfully. I’m feeling kinda overwhelmed and indecisive. I do have a slow cooker, a rice cooker, and a toaster oven that does have a setting to cook. I need ideas on what I should prep for meals for the week breakfast lunch and dinner. We do have a hot plate that sometimes works. Please let me know any recommendations and tips.

question How do I preserve the texture of meal prep rice?

I usually meal prep meals with rice, chicken/fish, and asparagus/green beans/broccoli for work in a rice cooker. Right when the rice comes out of the rice cooker, it has a soft and squishy texture that I really like. But when I put it in the fridge and store them for work, unfortunately the rice turns this sad crusty hard texture that I don't like. How can I preserve the soft and squishy rice texture in the fridge?

advice Weekly meal prep advice

I work 2 jobs and struggle with time management, but I'm starting to look at prepping 5 meals just for lunch weekly(no dietary restrictions). My daytime job is as a tree surgeon so it can't be anything too heavy or anything that needs to be heated up. Hoping to get something that I can store in the fridge and just pull out before heading off in the morning? I don't know if that's too hard to achieve.

Many thanks to those who answer.

Also I think this is the right flair, it was this or question.
