I’m the founder of GLISS’N Hair, a growing haircare/beauty brand, and I’m looking to connect with talented short-form video editors for potential ongoing work!

We’re currently creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels and have a HUGE library of existing footage, including professional shoots, UGC, product videos, lifestyle content, and more.

We’re looking for someone who understands modern TikTok/Reels editing and has a good eye for what performs well on social media. Nothing overly flashy or overproduced! We love aesthetic, natural, engaging content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram while still fitting our brand's style. Knowing trending audios and editing styles is key!! Editing per the audio is amazing too!

Ideally, we want someone who can bring creative ideas to the table, not just edit videos!

We're looking for someone who can help with:

• Clean cuts, transitions, captions, zooms, sound effects, and B-roll integration
• Strong hooks, pacing, and engaging short-form storytelling
• UGC-style videos, TikTok/Reels trends, product-focused content, and paid social ads
• Reviewing our existing footage and coming up with creative video concepts
• Repurposing longer videos into multiple short-form pieces
• Finding the best moments in raw footage, clipping them, and organizing them into folders for future content
• Keeping our content organized and maintaining a consistent editing style
• Occasionally creating fun, on-brand graphics or motion graphics (bonus!)

Bonus if you have experience editing for:

• Beauty, haircare, skincare, or cosmetics brands
• UGC creators or DTC/e-commerce brands
• TikTok and Instagram paid ads
• Organic, trend-driven social media content
• Direct-response marketing videos

A little more about the opportunity:

We're ideally looking for someone who can help us create around 20-25 videos per month, potentially more as we grow!

However, we want to start with a few paid trial videos to make sure we're a good fit before committing to ongoing monthly work.

You'd be working directly with me (the founder) and alongside our current social media manager. We're really looking for someone creative, organized, and proactive who can help us make the most of the content we already have.
