Hello subreddit. In an effort to remove spam bots, I have added an age requirement to accounts and a minimum karma requirement to the subreddit. I've reviewed all the posts on the front page for the past two weeks, and the only posts this threshold would remove is bots/spam accounts.
If you feel that your post was wrongly removed, you may always message the mods and I will approve it.

The game runs great and all, but there are some areas where the contrast becomes very high. I was able to follow the story until this point where the contrast became very annoying, any ideas? Yes I'm playing in Vita3k

Yesterday I got the day wrong—it wasn't supposed to be "sea wasp," it was supposed to be "Nevi"—and I made a mistake while drawing. Today I was going to continue with Gabe, but then I realized what the prompt was. Since today's theme was "zipper," I thought about drawing a sequence—maybe a comic?—featuring Yunica getting dressed and zipping something up. It didn't seem clear enough, though, so I decided to just draw Yunica putting on her green jacket instead. By the way, numbers 4 and 5 both show her putting her hair into a ponytail, but I liked number 4 better.

Hey guys, you can help with your vote to get a recomp of Gravity Rush games for PC, maybe there is some projects out there but having multiple can lead to a better experience overall or different settings for each recomp, you can also vote for other 3 games you would like to see recompiled.
Thanks for your support.

It’s quite unfortunate that the two days involving themes of injury or suffering happen to coincide with Yunica—or perhaps it’s my own fault for thinking that way. Today’s prompts were "fracture" and "sea bee." I’ve always wondered why Yunica is missing her right arm and both legs; when I read those words, various scenes involving fractures came to mind. I decided to depict her during a mission or something similar—the drawing shows her facing a giant entity that broke her arm. I’m not sure if it turned out well; I’m not happy with how the head looks—it feels a bit off—and the perspective on the arm also seems a little flawed. I definitely need to practice that more.

Finally got Gravity Rush Remastered. Bought off eBay for $58. I only played for a bit, but the beginning is really good.

Today’s prompt words were "bake" and "jellyfish," so I decided to draw some members of the army making cakes. There aren't any particularly memorable characters—or at least, none that I can recall—so I took some designs from the art book and came up with a couple of cooks based on those. For the composition, I drew inspiration from that scene in the *One Piece* anime where Sanji and Zeff prepare the same dish; I used this as an opportunity to feature two characters and try to frame them well. Based on the reference, the two are related in some way, though I haven't quite figured out how yet. I tried giving them slight smiles, but it ended up looking a bit odd—just in case anyone else wants to try drawing these characters (wink, wink). P.S. I later noticed there’s another day with the prompt "Jellyfish armed forces"—I’ll have to figure out what to do for that one!

Today’s words were "elegant" and "sea anemone." I think I spent too much time focusing on the ship where they’re talking; I’m happy with how it turned out, but the "sea anemone" doesn't quite convince me. For the crowd, I had planned to draw several people in "elegant" attire—I started with the first two you see, but I ran out of time, so I left it as is. I’ve found a brush that I really enjoy using.

Well, I guess time is nonlinear for Singlor, much like his movies...

I played both games and platinumed them. And the big thing i dont like about GR2 is the way precious crystals are balanced throughout the game.
I started noticing it somewhere on 3-6 chapters (when you in Jirga Para Lhao) you kinda upgrading your powers really slow.
And by the end of the game + completing all side missions i noticed that i barely even collected HALF of precious gems i need for upgrading.
I was hoping this game would have may be NG+ mode but no. And only thing you can do to earn gems for rest of upgrades is to play 19th mission part over and over for ~2 hours.
You can say that you dont need to do it because you already completed the game, but even casual players missing on later upgrades for no reasons. I dont know if it just poor balancing, or deadlines was tight for the game. But this balancing issue is easy fix for this game, since it has a lot of side activities. Here is what could have been.
Here is my thought, i wanted to share it so may be someone feeling the same way about how upgrade tree balanced.

I was feeling inspired for this drawing, so I started adding elements like military vessels and the beacon destroyed by explosions—turning it into a battle scene. I ended up going a bit overboard, though, so I removed several things. Today’s theme was "beacon and Military." I really enjoyed drawing Kat in her uniform, and at the beginning, it took me quite a while to decide on the positioning of the lighthouse.

I’ve been at this for 3 weeks now—I didn’t think I’d last this long! Today’s themes were "hero" and "electricity." I tried sketching it out in a few different ways, but I just couldn’t make it look "heroic" enough. In the end, I went with a simple pose and added one of those "Nevis" creatures that appear during his boss fight. By the way, while I was looking for references online, I stumbled upon some fan art on this subreddit from a few years ago by a user named r/lelastslayer—check it out if you’re interested! I really like how they handle backgrounds and their overall art style.

If you had to make a new protagonist, what would their name be and their animal? Where would they live?

Today’s prompt was "lounge" (or "living room"), and since I couldn't think of anything from Gravity Rush that fit that theme, I decided to draw Kat’s home—which is basically just one single "room" lol. I tried to incorporate the concept of "flying," but I changed my mind because I preferred the idea of her resting on the pipe. In the end, I forgot to paint the interior walls, which makes it a bit hard to distinguish from the exterior—but I just left it as is. By the way, in my headcanon, Kat also has a PS2 that she found lying around somewhere (and it still works!).
