I haven't opened this account in so long, and when I did, I was met with a disabled account. Tried to appeal with the video selfie thing, but it still won't let me try to recover it.

I've done nothing that's remotely related to child exploitation. I've also seen some others here dealing with the same thing.

Is there a fix? I have a lot of photos and messages there that are very important to me.

I've read here that through this link i can have my old acc deleted. As long as I provide my id and say no when asked if i have currently have a facebook account. I tried it an hour ago and my account is still up. Also this popped up after I filled put the form and submitted it but i never received any email. Can anyone help me? I really want my old acc deleted. Thank you!

Over the last month or so, I've noticed that those I usually interact with, friends, family, groups, and pages, have mostly disappeared, and instead I am seeing people I've never heard of, have no friends or likes, in common, and a good portion of them, their pages or in spanish, German, French, Italian, and even Dutch/Swedish.

Anyone else notice this? Why am I seeing complete strangers and foreign languages (Inread/write/speak and understand only English) and have to search out those I interact with to see what they have posted lately?

I totally understand the "expand your circle of friends" thing, but why close what I have and try to make me form a whole new circle with people I can't even communicate with?

i tried recovering password on my most used device which is still logged in, it shows try entering your password. no forgot your password choice. on a new device it tells me to choose a way to recover my account but theres nothing to choose there. please help I'm tired.

I noticed mine now shows I’m on Meta One Essential and it looks like live support is limited to the Advanced plan. While there’s still instructions to get to a live agent, the actual options seem to have vanished.

This is honestly one of the weirdest and most disturbing things I've experienced, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen.

I searched my own name using the general search bar on Facebook with the "All" filter selected and found five videos of myself posted as Reels that I have absolutely no memory of recording or uploading.

Two of them were particularly disturbing because I was doing really weird things that I don't even remember doing. It genuinely freaked me out and made me question my own memory because I would NEVER record myself doing those things, let alone upload them as Reels.

Two of the other videos were just a few seconds of me sitting at my computer, doing nothing unusual. I'm 100% sure I never recorded or uploaded those either.

What's even stranger is that the Reels seem to randomly appear and disappear from the search results. Sometimes I search my name and they're there, and other times they're completely gone.

Another really weird thing is that when I go directly to the Reels section of my Facebook profile, none of these videos appear there. They only seem to show up when I search for my name using the general search bar and select "All."

I ended up deleting the disturbing Reels and keeping the others.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Could this be some kind of Facebook glitch, were they recording me and saving my videos somewhere without my consent?

I'm genuinely confused and would love to know if anyone has an explanation or knows how these Reels could have been created and posted without me realizing it.

It feels like it's been years this app has been doing this. Someone sends you a reel, FB marketplace listing, post, or link in messenger and you can't return to the messenger chat from there. You get sent back to the FB home page and have to navigate back to messenger.

How is a problem that glaring never addressed?

Yet every time I get on the app my menu/toolbar/buttons have been switched from the top to the bottom? IG is the same way, they endlessly fuck around with unimportant things and never actually fix anything

El día 22 de Septiembre en horas de la madrugada, facebook deshabilitó mi cuenta de perfil. Me pidió hacer una selfie. Luego de hacer la selfie, Oh! Su cuenta ha sido inhabilitada por ciberseguridad. Está es una decisión definitiva. Sin darme opción apelacion.

Luego de ver consejos aquí, comentarios de otros usuarios sobre el Meta Verified, intenté hacer el proceso. Me asistió un agente quien elevó el caso al dpto. De Ciberseguridad.

Luego de un mes y tres días, el sistema cerró el caso sin darme una respuesta, a pesar de que cada 3 días le pedía actualización con fines de que no lo cerrará por inactividad.

Abrí otro caso Pero está vez reportando problema de anuncios en una de mis páginas, ya que el chatbot no me quería pasar a un humano. Luego de hablar nuevamente con un humano, este me pidió fotos, etc, para el final decirme que fue una decisión definitiva, sin darme opción a recuperar mis páginas monetizadas ni otras de negocios, dónde además pagaba publicidad.

Facebook/hacked la primera vez no me sirvió de nada. Pero está vez por curiosidad fui al chatbot de negocios en soporte de facebook. Le expliqué el caso al chatbot de que necesito pagar anuncios en mi página y este me dió un link donde si me permitió volver a subir una selfie.

Sistema dice que en 48horaa me darán una respuesta.

Vuelvo en 48 horas con la actualización. Voy dejando historial para que les sirva a otros. Aunque no todos los casos son iguales, Pero quizás esto ayude a evitar algunos puntos como pagar meta verified si al final no ayudan en nada.

I posted on an public group after I joined it, post went to admin approval, and was posted an hour or some time later. As soon as it went live, it received ALOT of engagement, like im sure it got 64 comments in 30 mins. It was a very basic post too. But suddenly the post couldn't load and i couldn't open the group either. checked my activity log and it just said "you stopped being a member of xxx group". What do I even do in this scenario, I had to post an actually advice seeking post on that group, this one was just done to check if the group has admin approval or not. Is there a way to contact fb or the admins to have me back in yhe group?

So FB just "upgraded" me to a Meta account that I dont want a Meta account Is this compulsory? Can I just keep my old FB account as I only use it for Marketplace in NZ?.

Hello, I have a Facebook page with 41K followers, and over the last two days, I’ve noticed that I’m losing around 2K followers per day. Some of my friends have noticed the same issue on their pages. Has this happened to anyone else? The strange thing is that my dashboard analytics don’t show a loss of 4K followers.

Hello, I created my Facebook account 2 months ago, and I want to point out that my account has no restrictions.

The problem is with Marketplace. I can sell items and buyers can contact me without any issues. However, whenever I message sellers about items I want to buy, all my messages go straight to their spam folder and never reach them.

I have reported this issue to Facebook at least 10 times, but nothing has changed. I have tried everything, including updating my profile and waiting a week, but the problem remains.

Does anyone have any ideas?thx

By the way when l opened my Facebook today morning,and it suddenly banned me with reason as child sexuel,and l don't even know what happened.Next,my intergam and threads was also been banned with same reason and can't restore it.Did anyone know what actually happened?

Can someone connect me with a person who manages the Balkans in Facebook business support. All the agents are AI right now and it takes ages to get a response, I have already 2 cases waiting for a response for over a week. I will gladly pay if someone can connect me with an agent who can help me out. I have been hacked and they stole my business portfolio and two Ad accounts.

This started sometime last week. I can open Facebook and scroll, click on things with no issue usually. However, if I minimize the app (on mobile), then do anything else on my phone even for about 3 seconds, if I then go back to the app, the screen gets dark, any reels pause, a grey box appears in the center, and the only way to fix it and be able to do anything in the app is to force close the app and restart the app. This happens again and again and has been so frustrating.

I have tried uninstalling the app, and no updates are available in the Google play store. Any suggestions would be helpful.
