ELI5: How is "4" any less secure than any other number in that keyspace?

A truly random number in any n-bit keyspace, can have any value from 0 to (2^n)-1, no?

So how is 4 any less secure than 43345959872354790? Granted it *looks* trivial, but surely it's just as valid as any other number in the range?
