I'm asking for opinions and feedback on the idea of a single megathread for selling parts and trucks. There would be a required format, including price, application, and location. No "feeler" or "what's it worth" posts. Post deletion after sale would be mandatory, and possibly anything older than a few months subject to mod deletion to keep the thread relevant.

Effective immediately, User Flair is required to post OR comment in Classic Trucks. This is done in an effort to reduce the number of bots posting.
From the main sub feed hit the three dots in the upper right corner. Select 'Edit Flair' from the pop-up menu. Pick one or create your own.
Minimum account age and karma rules have been added as well. Your account must be 3 months old with a minimum of 200 karma to post.
EDIT:
For some reason that I do not understand yet the auto-mod was removing comments from users that had enabled user flair. So until I can figure that out, flair will not be required for you to comment on a post.
User Flair will still be required to submit a post. That seems to be working properly.

There might be more but a lot of my pictures aren’t good quality
Edit: thank you for telling me about the first one being a ford, I am rather new to the classic truck scene and so I greatly appreciate everyone correcting me and giving me more information

Met George at a show this summer and asked about his truck. He bought it in 1958 while he was still in high school. It came with a 303 Olds and a three-speed LaSalle transmission. He raced it with a small-block Chevy for years, then in 1973 put the blown 392 Hemi in it.
On a 100-inch wheelbase its best was 8.93 at 157. He ran it at Milan, Martin, Kaleva and strips all over the tri-state area. It went undefeated at Onondaga and set a track record up in Quebec.
68 years with the same truck. Full story and more photos here: https://garagechronicle.com/cars/1934-dodge-pickup

Check out my 1975 Chevrolet C10! My grandfather bought this truck new in 75. It spent most of its life in the barn at the family ranch and was mostly used to drive into town for supplies.
When he died a few years ago, his brother (my great uncle, a classic car guy) took it and redid just about everything mechanical except the engine and transmission. I recently got it back from him. This truck has tremendous sentimental value to me and I want to make/keep it mechanically sound while preserving the stock look.
The paint and interior are original (has been garage/barn kept for all 51 years).
I have moved it back to the family ranch where I intend to fix it up and drive it around town when I'm there. It won't be a daily driver, so I'm free to spread out the pieces in the garage and take my time.
I could use some help getting started with this truck. I'm about as handy as a human can be, but don't have any specific knowledge about these models. I have every tool known to man at the ranch, including an auto lift. My questions for you experts:
I appreciate any input y'all have!
