Model Blade Runner Street Transformers
I finished the transformers for my EyeWorks diorama. It’s made from old plastic bottles, styrene and model kit parts.

Another day another spinner! Yesterday I posted my own moc of K's spinner but now I decided to show you the MOC made by the excellent master builder Carter Baldwin. He posted instructions a long time ago, but unfortunately you can't access them anymore. I modified a few things, including the interior, the windshield, and the rear. This is a really great MOC, that I'm super happy to have and I thank Carter for sharing it. I really hope you like it and I wish everyone a blessed day 😊

I write this with a totally open mind, but I've been thinking about the big question: Is Deckard a replicant? And honestly, it seems pretty obvious to me that he is NOT.
The whole premise of this amazing movie is that Blade Runners hunt down rogue replicants who have developed their own feelings and emotions. We're told the Nexus-6 models are the most advanced replicants ever created, designed for off-world work and all sorts of extraordinary things.
Even Rachael is touted as an experiment, presumably because she's an advancement beyond the Nexus-6. Otherwise, why experiment with a less advanced model when you've already developed something superior? Tyrell himself makes a big deal about Rachael requiring more than 100 questions to fail the Voight-Kampff test. And Tyrell is THE MAN. He runs the entire replicant operation.
So wouldn't that suggest Deckard most definitely is NOT a replicant?
For starters, he's already far more emotionally developed than the Nexus-6 models. He's also clearly lived longer than four years. He was married, presumably had a lengthy career as a Blade Runner, and has an entire lifetime of experiences behind him.
Unless we're suggesting that 100% of his memories were implanted, including a marriage, a career, and all the bullshit that comes with a lifetime of being human.
Not to mention, he's an alcoholic and clearly depressed. Are we suggesting they programmed all that into him too, just to make him a better Blade Runner? I'd argue those qualities would make him a WORSE Blade Runner. And why bother creating such an elaborate backstory for someone who's going to die in four years anyway?
So is the replicant theory suggesting Deckard is a Nexus-6? Or some even more advanced model nobody bothers to mention?
Personally, I think the whole unicorn thing is a red herring, and that Gaff (Edward James Olmos) just likes folding little animals out of paper.
Deckard dreams about a unicorn. So what? I dream about all sorts of crazy shit, especially when I've been drinking bourbon. LOTS of bourbon.
And here's another thing.
Isn't it implied that Gaff is essentially another Blade Runner, perhaps even a junior one, waiting for his shot at being the big dog like Deckard?
If the unicorn origami is supposed to indicate that Gaff knows about Deckard's implanted memories, wouldn't that mean Gaff has access to information about the replicant program that even Deckard doesn't have?
Why would he have that knowledge?
Unless Gaff and Bryant are somehow in cahoots, and Gaff knows far more than he's letting on. But if that's the case, and Gaff is somehow the superior, more informed operative, why wouldn't Bryant just send HIM to hunt down the rogue Nexus-6 replicants instead of Deckard?
The whole thing seems unnecessarily convoluted.
I get that Ridley Scott has said Deckard is a replicant, but I'm talking about what actually makes sense within the story itself.
To me, Deckard being human makes far more sense than the alternative. The replicant theory seems to require an extraordinary number of assumptions that the movie never really supports.
Am I missing something obvious here? I'd genuinely love to hear a convincing argument for why Deckard IS a replicant that addresses these contradictions rather than simply pointing to the unicorn.

This was a few months before 2049 was officially announced in 2016. So most of my Spinner and Blade Runner architecture research and blueprints weren’t the best. I should try to finish it. This was for my 3D gaming design student portfolio. I know AI use is everywhere, but I’m looking back and older projects and wonder if I had something here. Modelled in Maya, rendered in Unreal Engine 4

Issues 50 and 51 of the British magazine Starburst, published in October and November 1982.
Both issues feature The Blade Runner Chronicles, with interviews with Ridley Scott, Syd Mead and Ivor Powell, along with plenty of photographs and production artwork.
There’s also an interesting article called The Blade Cuts, covering deleted scenes and changes made to the film.

Hello everyone, I really wanted to share my new lego creation, the spinner from Blade Runner 2049! This is probably my V4 of this build and I have a long history with it. Actually this vehicle was one of the first moc I made when I was little so it's really special to me. I loved making it and I hope you like it. I wish everyone the best and most blessed day.

I love this spotlight effect over a photo you can do in Premiere. The 🟣🔴🟠's can give the impression of neon billboards and cars passing behind the traditional Japanese window. That's a picture I took of Shibuya station a couple years back, the rain is stock. Man, I miss Tokyo.
If you're interested in checking out my game it's a hacking adventure sim that takes place in a kids bedroom in Shibuya. It's proto cyberpunk or retro cyberpunk, basically an alternate timeline the world had to be in order to become cyberpunk eventually.

The Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD steelbook edition of Blade Runner: The Final Cut from Titans of Cult.
Released in 2019, this was actually the very first title in the Titans of Cult collection.
I really like the design of this. They’ve simply gone with the Voight-Kampff rather than the usual film artwork.
The set includes the steelbook containing both the Blu-ray and 4K UHD discs, along with a coaster and a Voight-Kampff enamel pin.

I love Rutger Hauer, and I’m thinking about dressing up as Roy Batty for Halloween this year, so I'm looking for some inspiration from other people.
If any of you have ever done a Roy Batty costume (doesnt matter the occasion), I’d love to see your pictures and hear about your experiences

Seeing that Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth is most-definitely cancelled or just not happening anyone have any ideas for what a new Blade Runner video game would be?
I've just had this idea in my head for years of a third person shooter where this former Blade Runner is escorting a child across the West Coast and it turns out he/she is a Replicant and stuff (very TLOU I know) and it would obviously be linear but have a huge variety of environments and stuff.
