My partner just saw this new game mode. Sadly my account does not have it yet. It is basically Solo Challenge but for Dice Challenge. There is no ticket system thankfully because we know how that fails all the time!

I always try and optimize the number of tickets I have for the solo challenges so I end up with at least 65 tickets at the beginning of the new week. This week I had 75. But yesterday when I went to play it showed I had 30. I contacted Zynga support and they said that they showed on their end that I had 75 and that I should force close the app, etc. I did all that and it still says 30. So today I contacted support again and this time they're saying I hit my max limit of 30 tickets and it's not possible to have more than that. What gives? Is this a new thing?

According to Google AI this fits all the hallmarks for a scam. Wonder how this one could play out? I wish I would have print screened that part of the remarks. Is this one going to send body part pictures? Could it even be innocent? What do you think People?🤔

He is definitely good looking and those scammers are good.. he is also gay so those scammers may be targeting both men and women. With any luck this will get taken or shut down real quick. This one has the potential to make them a lot of money. Let’s do what we can to stop this one.. Tom has many websites for his modeling and many business ventures and there is plenty of information and websites about his photos being misused in romance scams. Thanks everyone.

These prominent people are just as much victims as the people who may lose money or otherwise think they are engaged to these well established people.

I’ve been playing this game for an embarrassingly long time. My win rate is probably above average. There are a few people I play with who are very competitive and we have good games. Sometimes they win; sometimes I win. Then there are a couple of players who either aren’t trying to win or maybe don’t have the ability to win because they don’t know the game or whatever. There is one person I have played probably a hundred games with. She has won at least 90% of those games whether it’s conventional WWF or Super Play or Dice. Not only does she come up with words I’ve never heard of, but even when the board is tight she manages to find a spot to make some other unheard of word. It finally dawned on me today (duh) that maybe she’s cheating somehow. Or maybe shes a genius? IDK. But something feels off.

I was starting to think the weekly daily puzzle bonus is rigged. Maybe it is. But at least I finally got the 80.

On the dice challenge, I get lots of random requests (which I turn down... a PITA). But on the main game, how can you tell? Is it how quickly they play back, the phony looking picture, the playing pattern, or???

This person is using Craig Hartzman’s photo and his is the first that I’ve seen that is playing 3 languages so my first impression was maybe he was a genuine player and not a scammer. I didn’t accept his invite right away as I have had a couple of run ins with a couple of scammers and I wanted to do my due diligence and run a reverse image search among other things. I decided to accept after a couple of days, don’t blast me on the time, when you see the “play some one new screen or bar that slides across the screen, this person is a mutual friends with dozens of ladies that appear on these screens in both version of Words Classic and 2.

I knew he was a scammer before I accepted and I knew I would not go off site. I just wanted to see what his scam was going to be.

He said he was in Poland working on a job but that he was from Alabama. I suddenly became quite proficient in the Polish Language in my replies to him. His replies were that he didn’t really know the language but that he had a friend who was teaching him and after that his messages in Polish were pretty fast must have caught on to my use of a translator. Towards the end of the game when he pushed for going off site and using Telegram and I gently pushed back he blocked me and disappeared.

I have also added one other photo that is of Craig Hartzman that I snapped a screenshot of on October 10 and the user is JohnsonTeddy215. Craig Hartzman pictures are widely used by romance scammers and there are a few on Words with friends right now.

First, thanks for playing, I like to “know” my opponents.
My suggestion is, don’t keep the default name the game gives you.

Create something unique, so when I continue to play with you, I can easily “know”who you are.

Idk. I started doing it more and I feel dirty when I use it. Also started taking way longer to finish games because then I will sit there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what it wants me to do for a high scoring word.

If you were playing someone and they were using the word strength would you feel cheated?

Does anyone ever wish they would offer a dark mode? Just curious. I have very sensitive eyes and I always have to turn my screen brightness almost all the way down. I’m going to ask support if they’ll ever consider it.

I play back quickly. Mostly too quickly and average move score is around 19 as a result. Add me if you fancy a game or two.

Do you guys get this ad for a game? With the homeless hippie who looks like he hasn't had a bath in weeks?

Not only does it not make me want to download the game, it's one of those ads that won't go away unless you keep tapping on window close icons or quit WWF and relaunch.

Has anyone's active DC games disappeared? Or does the app just hate me??

Almost every week we get a Cool Zone club in our group. We knew they were going to finish in first this but we're a close second with only 10M less. Their top four have more than our entire team combined. 😄

Just curious if anyone else has started to receive “streak” notifications like this? Anyone else have a longer streak than this?
