Fauxlio - a daily literary guessing game: human or AI?

I made a daily game to see how well you can tell literature from AI writing.

You see a short book excerpt and an AI rewrite of the same passage, and you have to figure out which one is the original.

[RPG] Breadwinner: horror game about being the family breadwinner for a game jam, and Filipino streamers took it past 100,000 plays

Hi! I'm one of the devs behind Breadwinner (I did the 3D art).

It started as our entry to the Filipino Horror Game Jam 2026. The theme was "Real Life Horror," and our first reaction was: bills. So you play the eldest child and the only one with a job. Each payday you pick what gets paid, then come home to what you couldn't afford.

Seven of us made it in two weeks of spare time. It placed #1 in Creativity and #1 in Story out of 40 entries.

Then streamers and YouTubers picked it up, Patrick Santos and Kristian PH among them. Videos of it have passed 3.9 million views, and the itch.io page has passed 100,000 plays.

The part that got us most: over 2,300 players left a message for the breadwinners in their own lives at the end of the game, and a lot of people said it felt like their own family.

It's free in your browser on PC or phone, in English or Filipino. Link in the comments.

Already played? Which family member did you spend on the most?

Scrawlcraft – draw your own creatures and send them into a 3-lane PvP battle (free, browser)

Hi! I'm a financial analyst by day and this is my first ever game. In the age of AI slop, here you do the drawing: sketch a spider (8 legs), a dragon (wings and tail), a mage (staff) with your mouse or finger, hit Summon, and it runs into battle on its own.

Free, no download, no account. Modes: matchmaking vs. real players, friend rooms with a code, practice vs. a bot. https://jotto21.itch.io/scrawlcraft

It's an early playtest and the server is small, so if the queue is empty try the bot or invite a friend.

[SPORT] Sunday Almanac: draft real NFL player seasons since '99, then play the year back week by week

Thumbnail
sundayalmanac.com
• Upvotes

I built a free browser game for football fans. You draft from every player season since 1999 - Peyton's 2004, LT's 2006, AP's 2012, whoever, then sim the whole fantasy season week by week against CPU teams.

Every week there's a new themed pool with its own leaderboard. This week is Halloween: every season played in a stadium that's been torn down. Home games are haunted, so each one scores double or nothing.

Free, no sign-up.

Borsa Patronu – a stock market tycoon where news hits the price 5 seconds later (free, no signup, plays on mobile too)

Thumbnail
chromewebstore.google.com
• Upvotes

I'm the developer. It's a small stock market management game I made in C++ and compiled to the browser.

The core idea: a headline appears on the ticker, and it only hits the price 5 seconds later. The game never tells you if the news is good or bad – you read it and decide whether to buy, sell or wait.

As you rank up you unlock new stocks, stop-loss/take-profit orders, short selling, gold and dollars as safe havens, and credit. Collect 501 of a company's 1000 shares and you become its boss – but the risky management decisions are real gambles.

There's also a "Daily Market" mode where everyone plays the same market that day, so you can compare scores.

Play: https://emrebiltekin.me/borsa-patronu/ Chrome extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/borsa-patronu/pihnfdifhbbbdiickccdkijpnlddojhj

English and Turkish. No ads, no data collection. Feedback very welcome, especially on difficulty!

[PZL] LINEUP - A free daily movie guessing game. 24 films, five questions, one mystery movie

Thumbnail
dailylineup.co.uk
• Upvotes

I made LINEUP because I enjoy daily puzzle games and wanted to try something a bit different with films.

You start with 24 movie posters and have five yes-or-no questions to narrow them down before making your final guess. The challenge is choosing which questions will actually help you eliminate films.

Everyone gets the same daily puzzle, and there's unlimited Practice if you want to keep playing. It's completely free and doesn't require an account.

It's still pretty new, so I'd genuinely appreciate feedback, particularly on the difficulty and whether the game makes sense when you first open it.

Hope you enjoy it!

[STRAT] Flodrikena – Bronze Age grand strategy: start with 40 men and no land, build a realm, take the crown

Thumbnail
samanmuradi.itch.io
2 Upvotes

A small grand-strategy game that runs in the browser, no download or signup. Works on desktop and phone.

The river empire has fallen. You and eleven other houses start landless among the ruins. Found a village, marry, trade, scheme or go to war. Every ruler remembers what you did to them, and you can ask anyone "Why?" to see what they weigh before they act.

Armies march as the soldiers they're made of, towns grow from huts to walled cities, and battles play out on the map. A short tutorial gets you going in a few minutes.

I'm the developer. It updates every week, and I read every comment, especially where you got stuck.

Where Was It? A daily game where you pin real movie & TV filming locations on a 3D globe

Thumbnail
wherewasit.app
• Upvotes

Every day there are 5 places from films, TV shows, music, books and anime (Hobbiton, King's Landing, the Home Alone house…). You drop a pin on a 3D globe with no labels and score up to 5,000 points per place depending on how close you are. Then you get the story behind the place and a spoiler-free emoji grid to share.

Free, no account, works on mobile. English and French.

I made it with Claude to test the ECC plugin, so I'd love to hear what's too hard, too easy or confusing. I am also open to suggestions for improvement :)

[MULTI] Scribble: draw and guess for groups, everyone plays on their own phone or laptop [free, no sign up]

Thumbnail

made this for my mates. it works in any browser on a phone or a laptop, you don't need a phone for it. one person makes a room and everyone else joins with the 4 letter code, so it should work fine over a discord call too, not just in the same room. no sign up and no ads.

the site has a few other games as well (a spy game, one where you vote on the funniest answer, and blackjack and poker with fake chips) but the rules here say one game per post so scribble it is. happy to answer anything

Made a silly little browser game: you slap billionaires to keep a world-domination meter down. There's a leaderboard. I'd say beat my high score (606) but a friend already tripled it 😆 Try beat his score and tell me where it breaks, if you like it, hate it, or shoot me a question!

Unread Cases 016: The Last Ascent — a free browser mystery set on a mountain railway

Title: Unread Cases 016: The Last Ascent — a free browser mystery set on a mountain railway

Game Title: Unread Cases 016 — The Last Ascent

Playable Link: https://016.unreadcases.workers.dev/

Platform: Web browser — desktop and mobile

Description:

Greybank’s mountain railway is closing for good. On its final evening, the stationmaster is found dead inside the upper station’s dispatch office. Five people were around that night, and figuring out who could have reached him means reconstructing their journeys.

You explore three locations, examine 18 exhibits and question the people involved. Tickets, clock readings and witness accounts help you piece together what happened. The two carriages travel in opposite directions, so knowing that someone boarded a train is only part of the story.

There are three connected deduction puzzles leading to your final accusation. You can compare evidence side by side, keep notes and use optional hints if you get stuck. There’s no timer, and your progress saves in your browser.

The game supports English and Chinese, with illustrated scenes and background music. Allow around 35–55 minutes, depending on how much time you spend investigating.

I’d appreciate feedback on the difficulty, whether the solution feels fair, and how the interface works on your device. Please mark any spoilers!

Free to Play Status:

  • Free to play

Involvement: I run the Unread Cases series. This is the latest case, and I’m sharing it here to gather player feedback and improve future games.

[SPORT] Can you name a sports logo from a zoomed-in corner? Daily logo game + 2 NFL trivia games, no signup

Thumbnail
pick6.io
1 Upvotes

Hey all, I've been building Pick6.io for the past few months. It's three daily puzzles, no signup needed:

  • Pick 6 – you get 6 facts about an NFL player. One is a lie. Find the lie, then guess the player.
  • Film Room – guess an NFL team and season from its record, playoff finish, top players, etc.
  • Logo Lineup – 6 zoomed-in, sometimes rotated logos from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and college. Each miss zooms out. This is the one for casual fans.

Every game is out of 6, and when you finish it shows where you placed that day (like "Top 12%"). There's an archive if you want to play past days.

It's just me making this, so if something breaks there's a "Report a bug" link at the bottom. Would love feedback on which game is the most fun or what's confusing.

[HTML5] Numblitz - a 1v1 numbers duel, same 6 numbers for both of you, closest to the target wins

Thumbnail
numblitz.com
1 Upvotes

hey, I made this. it's basically Countdown's numbers round as a 1v1: you both get the same 6 numbers, combine them with + - x / to hit the target, and whoever gets there first (or closer) knocks down the other's health bar.

no account needed, it just asks for a name. I'll be sitting in the queue tonight so you'll probably get matched with me lol

there's also a daily puzzle if you want to play solo: numblitz.com/daily

any feedback welcome, my friends already told me it's too hard.

also no account needed, it just asks for a name. there’s an optional ranked mode that needs a sign in, but the normal duel and the daily puzzle don’t.

Moong-i's Home Alone — I turned my dog into the hero of a 150-second house-sitting game

Thumbnail
home-alone.moong-i-games.com
1 Upvotes

Hi! I'm the developer, and Moong-i is my dog.

I built this game around a simple thought: what does he get up to when he's home alone?

In this version of his day, he's picking up toys, barking at deliveries, and closing the fridge. Apparently, I've given my dog more household responsibilities than myself.

Each round lasts 150 seconds. The house looks peaceful, but things get busy when several little emergencies happen at once.

It's playable in your browser on desktop and mobile—no download or account needed to start. Select English on the title screen, and try the tutorial first!

Desktop controls:
• WASD: Move
• E: Pick up, drop off, or interact. Hold it when prompted.
• Space: Dash
• B: Bark
• Q: Special ability

Mobile controls:
• Drag on the left side of the screen to move.
• Use the on-screen E button to interact; press and hold when prompted.
• Tap the Dash, Bark, and Q buttons for their respective abilities.

If the game feels choppy inside a social media app, try opening the link directly in Chrome or Safari.

Seeing other people play a game starring my own dog is a pretty special feeling. If you give it a go, I'd love to hear which household disaster kept you busiest!
