I might be overthinking a lot, but basically, I’ve been interviewing with this company, and the phone screen went well. I was referred by someone and got in contact with the hiring manager. Then, the hiring manager round went AMAZING, like, genuinely the best interview ever. We vibed and connected so well that he actually moved me to the next round MID-INTERVIEW. He said he still had five other people to get through, but that he wanted to move me forward right away. He even said I crushed it and gave me tips for the next/final round.

The final panel round last Friday went well, although not quite as well as the hiring manager round. They said I had great energy and that it was contagious haha. They also said they’d obviously speak with the hiring manager, but they still need to get through the remaining candidates. They gave me a timeline and said I should expect a decision sometime this week, or the week after at the latest.

Do you think I’m in a good spot? Idk why I’m overthinking everything. I just wanted to talk to someone about it. 😭

I have failed both of my exams so far in Calc and Chem and the worst part about it is I got a lower grade in the exams I studied for. I feel like I can come back in my chem class because I have a 54.42 if I do good enough on the final and exam 3 I think I should at least have a 64 which is a C but… for Calc everything considered there’s literally nothing I can do test wise I’m at a 35/200 and even with the final and exam 3 I doubt that pushes me ahead enough to pass this semester. And I literally talked to my academic advisor just today about it (before I got the scores) and without summer school I’ll likely end up behind (hell taking Calc 1 in sophomore year will put my behind anyways) i won’t be able to do anything except for core classes but major wise I can’t do anything no Calc 2 no physics. Im just a bit lost- I don’t want to give up or chance majors. Eva use this had been my dream since I was 8 but it’s kind of obvious what state I’m in- and this wouldn’t even be my first drop of the semester if I dropped Calc….

I was recently accepted to Texas Tech for the Fall 2027 and I'm heavily considering majoring in Supply Chain Management at Rawls. I'm trying to decide between Tech and a couple of other Texas schools, and I'd love to hear from current SCM majors or recent grads.
If you have a minute, I'd really appreciate your perspective on a few things:

1. How are the professors and the overall workload in the SCM program?

2.How active is the Tech Supply Chain Association (TSCA)? Do recruiters actually come out to Lubbock for the SCM networking breakfasts, or do you have to hunt for internships on your own?

Is it worth it?: For grads, did the Rawls degree give you a good ROI? Are you happy with your starting salary and job placement? How is the work-life balance? What type of jobs did you get after graduation?

I'm trying to figure out if the program sets you up well for corporate roles or if it leans more heavily toward specific industries (like agricultural/energy logistics).

My goal is to attend veterinary school after completing my undergraduate degree, and I am interested in learning more about the pre-vet pathway at Texas Tech. Hey guys, I was going to TTU as a freshman this year but I decided to attend other university because they gave me better scholarship and met my need as an international student.
But I remember Texas Tech had a great scholarship website which is called Scholarship Universe. They logged me out of the email, and now I am unable to use the scholarship universe. Is there anyone super kind here to send to me some external scholarships from scholarship universe that are eligible for international students?
Or if some of you have an alternate to scholarship universe please lmk!!

Me and my roommates are looking to live in a 5 bed townhouse or appt next year and want to keep rent under 600 a person. Right now we are looking at the republic, Maddox, or collective. The reviews are pretty mixed on all of them on google so I’m posting to see if anyone has experience at any of these properties or recs for others.

I’m thing about applying in spring (intl freshmen)

I started yoga for my PE credit, then I switched out because it didn’t work with my schedule, so I need to take it next semester. Does anyone recommend any other fitness classes that are more fun or just easier than yoga? I heard there are some you don’t have to go to class; just log on to an app or something. I’m really eager to just start my classes for my major, so for all these core classes, I just want to go the easiest route to maintain my GPA and give myself the best time management for my harder classes.

I am a sophomore and I’m just now learning that I need language credits. Since I started high school, I can hop right into SPAN 1507 with Professor Brooke, and I’m wondering if it’s best to take it online, in person, or just in the summer?

I am a business major and have little to no interest in science. but I need two science credits as well as the labs. I am currently taking ATMO 1300, and it’s not bad at all as long as I do the work. I’m wondering if there are any similar to this that you recommend or which of the best professors.
