Never been able to get the trap beat sounds I'm looking for, any suggestions?

Not sure if this is a fender studio problem? I am occasionally getting random UI freezing even on very simple light projects. I have a decent buff gaming computer with a ryzen 7 5600, and 16 gigs ram, and I'm getting random UI freezes in the daw, I've gone over a couple things with the help of AI, it really thinks it's possibly related to my GPU drivers but i've already reinstalled everything. The sound doesn't cut out, it's only the UI and control which is pretty annoying when I'm trying to for example write midi or edit. Itll freeze for a second or two about every ten seconds. It's not doing it right now it seems to come and go, so I'm wondering if it's related to some background fender studio process. The task manager as well as the daw don't show any substantial spike or anything when this happens, and i'm basically doing nothing on a project sitting under 10% cpu usage and still getting it. I usually am using KONTAKT and neural dsp plugins. I have power usage set to max, all updated drivers, not using ASIO4all, just third gen scarlet and the proper driver.

I’m experiencing a harsh distortion coming from my auxiliary sends on my presonus studio live 24 rack. I have all of my auxs linked as stereo pairs for IEMs. randomly one of the pairs will start having distortion in both ears. Turning the mixer on and off will make it go away. This has only ever happened when hooking up multiple phones to control the ears. I don’t know how to re-create the issue either and it does not happen that often. thoughts?

I’m running 8.02 on an M4 MacBook Pro and I get better performance with it off running vsts. Is this normal or is Fender behind the ball for Mac OS?

My pc died so I'm wondering what kind of performance I can expect to get with my mac book pro? I want to run VSTs like serum, addictive drums, and native instruments soft synths. Is this version optimized for silicon chips or do I need 8.2? (trying to avoid paying for an upgrade atm). How many instances of serum should I be able to load and are there any optimization tricks?

Fender Studio Pro 8.2 is online! | Studio One & Fender Studio Pro User Forum

Just checking in if this is a me problem or a wider issue. Trying to start Studio One 6 Pro today, I get the message that my "demo version" has expired, and when I try to reactivate my license with my product key I get the message "token validation failed".

I had the same issue exactly one year ago, which seems a strange coincident, but before I bother with the (migrated?) customer service, I just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem today.

Thanks for any input, even if it's just a simple "works fine here".

PS: I'm pretty sure it's unrelated, but just for good measure I'll mention that I've also experienced mad MIDI jitter in the last few days. Something's tilting over here.

I recently used a single room mic to record our last gig and have a lot of background bar chatter. Any way to remove this in Studio One 6?

Hey everyone, having a problem here and I'd love some guidance.

I'm trying to use my Zoom H6 as an interface with Studio One. I installed the drivers and everything that the manual said, but once I try to use it on Studio One it throws the message above. It still works as an audio device, as I can still hear through it on any other software, but for some reason is not working as an interface on Studio One.

Any clue on how to fix this?

I just bought a quantum es2 and can not get it to work I’m running it through a Hp Omni book compute but no matter what I do I can’t even get it to show up on universal control any ideas on how to fix this?

What's your workflow for zooming in and out on things? I've changed my technique over the years multiple times, and I'd love to see what you've landed on that works best for you.

Studio Pro doesn't ship a script for the Novation Launchkey MK4, so I made one. It's free and open source (MIT):

What it does:

• Transport buttons with their Shift functions (play from loop start, return to zero, autopunch, precount, redo...). The LEDs follow Studio Pro.
• Faders 1-8 and master on the Remote Bank. The buttons under the faders select or arm tracks and light up in the track colours. Shift + Track < > pages through the channels.
• Encoders in all of the Launchkey's DAW modes: Control Link for the focused plugin, mixer volume/pan, sends, and a transport mode (position, zoom, loop, markers, tracks, arranger sections, tempo).
• Pads: clip launcher (2 lanes x 8 scenes, or 16 scenes) or a Mute/Solo page.
• Screen: selected track, parameter names and values, and which channels are on the faders after paging the bank. The Launchkey's own font is ASCII-only, so track names in Cyrillic are drawn by the script.
• The keys and the drum pads keep working as a normal MIDI keyboard.

Install: copy one folder into Studio Pro's "User Devices" folder, restart and add Novation > Launchkey MK4 DAW on the keyboard's DAW ports. Step-by-step instructions and the full control map are in the README.

Tested with Studio Pro 8.1.2 on Windows 11 and a Launchkey 49 MK4. The 25/37/61 use the same protocol and should work too, but I couldn't test them, nor macOS or Studio One 6/7. If you try it, I'd love to hear how it goes - bug reports and pull requests are welcome on GitHub.

Hey everyone, BEEN 48 HOURS WITH THIS PROBLEM

I'm in the middle of mixing an album in Studio One, and suddenly my VST plugins stopped working after I accidentally changed something in the settings.

I was having an issue with Melodyne, so I went into the settings to try to fix/reset something. I honestly don't remember what I clicked, but at one point I noticed that all my VST plugins were showing up in red.

Now Studio One doesn't detect Fresh Air by Slate Digital, and I'm worried about the rest of my plugins.

Everything works perfectly fine in FL Studio. All my VSTs are detected there, and both DAWs use the same plugin folder locations. I haven't installed or updated anything. Studio One was working fine yesterday, and this started immediately after I changed those settings.

I've already checked the VST folder paths, checked the scanning settings, and tried resetting the blacklist, but nothing has fixed it.

Is there a way to force Studio One to rescan all plugins or rebuild its plugin database? Has anyone experienced this after accidentally changing a setting?

I'm in the middle of an album mix, so I really need to fix this without reinstalling all my plugins, losing my settings, or risking my existing sessions.

I'm running Studio 6.0.0.8 One on Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I'm fairly new to Studio Pro 8.1, and I'm having an issue where if I manipulate the controls of a plugin during playback, the GUI of the plugin stutters and occasionally glitches out on me. For example, when moving around a band on an EQ, it will be super laggy, and occasionally it will grab other bands and start moving them instead, etc. This happens on stock plugins and 3rd party, I've tried messing with direct monitor, my interface buffer size, dropout protection, plugin nap, high dpi mode, and nothing has fixed the issue. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

If you started on Cubase on the Atari ST and switched DAWs since: this converts the old .ARR and .ALL files to DAWproject, which Bitwig (5.0.9+) and Studio One (6.5+) import, with tracks, parts and tempo changes in place. Every time I go to installations and choose either full or recommended installation it gets stuck on this authorization pop up, and when i try to cancel it sends me to a log in page which also gets stuck when I try to log in to verify the cancelation. Anyone know why this is happening or how to get around it? Been troubleshooting for 2 hours, no luck.

Hi. I have been a user of studio one since S1-4, and with the new fender studio thing, I’ve been catching myself missing the old versions. Is it possible to get an older version?

I’m still learning studio 1 daw (havnt updated for fender but out yet), been using for a while but am not super technical. I have a recording I want to add a sound bite to but I’m unclear on how to do it, does anyone know studio 1 and can answer this? This is the steps I’m thinking:
1. Find sound bites on YouTube
2. Download/save to a file on computer
3. Open studio 1 and open project/file on studio 1
4.drag file from downloaded sound bite to track on project opened
5. Trim sound bite to fit what is being used from said sound bite
6. Save and done

If this is incorrect or anything I’m missing please HELP!!
