Refrain from using Artificial Writing! -this should be self-explanatory. I am not willing to write with someone who let's a program generate their responses. Either take your time and put some dedication in your writing or please stick to something else to rp with. I myself am struggling with English sometimes and still won't make use of it, so there is no need for you either.

We either double or we go home! Look, I've read through multiple adds already and I am kinda proud to call myself someone who can invest herself in both sides of the story, and I'll do it gladly with shimmering sparkles shooting from my eyes. Whatever your character needs will play an important role for me during writing. I am no one who tries to overshadow your needs or demand to only pay attention to my side. I am curious enough to hear you out. I can easily hop onboard the hype train, providing feedback, discussing topics and memorizing facts that might be important to you. You want to flesh out your character by interacting with as many characters as possible, consider it done. Can't decide for a main love interest, let's find out by having more than one option. Can't figure out your character's goals or what their role is supposed to be, then let's make room for as many possibilities as possible. I will gladly do all of that if you are willing to do the same for me, nothing more nothing less.

Forget about your Mary Sue's, we are going down the realistic path! Naturally, this only affect you if you are wanting to write an OC, but of course also if you mainly want to stick to CCs. Please keep in mind that a character should have flaws, nobody after all is perfect. I am not looking for a world that offers only the most easiest solutions and characters that always win the fight. Authenticity is the key. Allow your character to be realistic with their intentions and decisions and try to find a balance that brings out their good as well as their bad sides. Character sheets are a must, but you don't have to write a whole essay. I love some small details and a good background that gives me an idea of how your character works.

Romance is a requirement, but not the focus of the story! You got me. I can't live with my heartwrenching romance, with all the ups and downs. I love to explore any form of romantic trope, but most importantly would be a bond that develops naturally over a longer period of time. Huge bonus points if we can stick to different tropes for our chosen pairings. I am, however, not solely looking for love quarrels and relationship drama as a main plot point, that's a "no thanks" for me. It's important to me that the focus will remain on the story and its development like 90% of the time.

You can leave the plotting to me, but not the whole creative contribution! Although I prefer plotting together, since I wouldn't want to give you the feeling of excluding your ideas or suggestions, I could handle coming up with most of the plot and twists on my own. But don't expect me to always take the lead when it comes to writing the whole thing out. I wouldn't want to drag someone behind me all the time and initiating every single conversation, developement or hardship. Be engaged, bold and passionate enough to come up with something on your own. Let's be a team to make the writing enjoyable and fun for the two of us.

Without good chemistry, we won't match! It starts with exposing yourself by asking questions that had been already answered in my add. Look, I am trying to be as specific as possible, not to exclude people, but rather to find the right people who are actually looking for the same thing. I indeed want you to put effort into this, but I also crave lots of fun while writing and talking about all the silly ideas that come to mind. I can put together a playlist for our favorite pairings and still discuss in depth the next complex arc we can challenge our characters with. Yes, this is indeed just a hobby to me but it just isn't as fulfilling if I can't pour my heart into it. Tried it before and it just isn't my thing. So I'll be as honest and as gentle as possible when I tell you that it all comes down to how well we get along in the end.

I adore the Genshin Lore (at least the bits that really managed to capture my interest) and a few of the theories that plopped up during the time, where we didn’t have the knowledge, we have nowadays. It is no requirement to know the Lore by heart, rather I’d love to write with someone who loves to get creative with me, taking bits of the existing Lore and forming it into our own unique thing. I am always open to your suggestions as well as your very own ideas of improving a storyline. There is lots to make use of in the Genshinverse after all. I've written down some of the storylines I'd love to develope and discover further. It would be such a waste to me to just sit on them forever and not having someone to explore them with.

Dystopian/Adventure:

Imagine a setting with a tainted magic that spreads like a disease through all of Teyvat. I love to explore a setting, where all of the regions heavily distrust each other. The Archons visibly exploiting their high positions, the Fatui being the ones who secretly try to stabilize the world, earning nothing but hatred for their good deeds, Visions actually being a curse instead of a blessing (which makes it even more interesting to figure out their origins). I could imagine the traveler (either Aether or Lumine) playing a huge role as the one who gets to decide if the world deserves to continue exisiting as it is or has to cease to exist entirely.

Mystery/Comedy:

Always loved the idea of thinking about the Genshin cast in the modern world. What would their lifes look like? Would they be employed, freelancing, criminals? The list goes on.

I gotta say, I am in love with the whole Inazuma cast/region, that’s why my idea revolves around Beidou owning a cruise ship that actually takes its route through the various islands of Inazuma, discovering its mysterious which are mainly made up stories to gain some good ol money from the tourists who board the ship. The twist is that there are some real mysteries going on that only get noticed by our chosen protagonists. It’s kinda supposed to be given Gruncle Stan (Gravity Falls) who is advertising his mystery shack, while all the real mysteries are existing freely around him. I would leave lots of room for comedy with this one, since it just fits the bill. Also I would love to add some angsty moments, including some frightening Japanese mythology, ghosts, creatures, riddles and being stuck in a loop at some point maybe?

Supernatural/Mystery:

Always felt the need to explore parallel worlds, actual time traveling and overlapping timelines in Teyvat (since the latter one has been proven to be possible in Genshin). I feel that an adventure through the various nations of Teyvat could be more than fitting for this one. The deserts of Sumeru might be the perfect stage for ancient mysteries and riddles that transcend time (and could also be our starting point of the journey).

It might be fun to get most of the Sumeru Cast involved in this one, given that we have lots of scholars that might consider a journey through the deserts for their own goals. I could see our characters either being scholars of the academy themselves or even being from a whole different timeline and currently being stuck and trying to solve their very own riddle by looking for a way to returning home safely.

Dispatch AU / The Walking Dead AU / Alice in Wonderland AU:

Requires knowledge of the mentioned Fandoms. Probably my most anticipated AU's, where we could indulge ourselves in and discuss all the various options, beginning with which character might fit which role best. I love these type of discussions the most. Imagine how fun it could be to decide which Genshin character would make a good Dispatcher and which one a potential superhero or even villain? The many possibilities of the utterly disaster some of the Genshin cast had to went through in a world that is dominated by deadly zombies, especially the teams that formed during that time could be quite the intersting topic to delve into. I gotta say, that I always wanted to cook something good up with the story of Alice in mind, whether it be some Alice vs. Queen of Hearts showdown or something entirely else. I am just waiting for someone to give me a reason to come up with something fitting tbh.

Hello hello! The Arcane fan in me greets the Arcane fan in you. Welcome. A recent rewatch has inflicted on me a mighty thirst to revisit these characters and fanfiction just isn’t cutting the mustard on this one.

What would I like to write about together? A human heart in conflict with itself. The push and pull of a tumultuous relationship. Angst. Bittersweet endings. Happy endings.

Before I elaborate, I do have two requirements for us to write together:

Why yes, how could you tell I like enemies-to-lovers?

Pretentious as it sounds, some character work is what I’m really after here. Conflict and passion, loss and comfort; whatever it is we write, it’s got to have some stakes to it.

If I had to pick the POV I’m most familiar with, it would be Caitlyn’s. However, if you would prefer to pen her yourself versus Vi for instance, just say! I have little interest in writing an OC myself, but you are more than welcome to play one when it comes to me writing Silco or another canon character. I’m otherwise at least willing to hear you out if you have an idea for a particular pairing or interaction in mind!

Using AO3’s own rating system, I’d like us to stick to the ‘M’ category in keeping with the tone of the series. You may consider me a sentient pair of Hextech gauntlets hovering over a keyboard; I’m sure you’re wonderful and I can gush all day alongside yourself about these characters and the story, but we’re here purely to write.

Short to medium term would be ideal. Longer if we really pop. We need not aspire to a hundred chapter fanfic of our own, but I would like to explore a concept that isn’t one and done in a single week! Male and female characters equally welcome to write against within reason. (It feels unauthentic to the character for either Vi or Caitlyn to experience attraction to a man?)

A Little About My Writing Style

I write exclusively in the third-person, past tense and consider myself an advanced literate writer. My replies typically consist of three or more substantial paragraphs, with room for character development and detail.

That said, I'm not interested in writing a novel just for the sake of writing a novel. I value substance over word count, and while I love immersing myself in a scene, moving the story forward and giving my partner something to work with are always the priority.

Slice of Life will always have a special place in my heart.

There's something uniquely compelling about stories that center on ordinary people living complicated lives. The relationships we build, the mistakes we make, the things we leave unsaid, and the moments that change everything can be just as gripping as any world-ending threat or epic quest.

Sometimes, all you need is a chance encounter, an unexpected reunion, a friendship that slowly becomes something more, or two people who can't seem to get out of their own way.

A few of my favorite tropes include:

What I'm Looking for in a Partner

More than anything, I'm looking for a writing partner, not just someone to trade paragraphs with.

I'd love to find someone who gets invested in our characters and wants to collaborate on a story that belongs to both of us. Someone who occasionally sends a message just to gush about a scene, pitch a wild idea, or say, "Okay, hear me out..."

I am looking for someone for a roleplay centered on the theme of a guy explorer and a lamia. To be honest, many of the ideas for this scenario were drawn from various sources online. If you would like to adjust, add, or clarify anything, please feel free to let me know.

The basic premise is as follows: I have spent about three years studying lamias—researching their history, mythology, and various legends and rumors. Eventually, I discovered a long-forgotten island in the ocean where, according to one legend, there live lamias who were driven off the mainland by humans in ancient times. After renting a boat and stocking up on supplies, I set off for this island—only to discover that it is quite an unusual place (for instance, it is home to giant, cat-sized beetles, though we could certainly come up with other strange features). In the end, I managed to find a lamia—or, more accurately, she found me. Since she is deeply distrustful of humans, establishing any kind of dialogue with her proves to be quite a challenge.

The Lamia (as I envision her): She is a hybrid—half-woman, half-snake—with a long, serpentine tail. She is a predator, and a highly dangerous one at that. She is extremely hostile toward humans (the outcome of an encounter with her could vary; she might spare a person, or she might simply use them as food). A distinctive feature is the structure of her head: there are slits extending from the corners of her mouth, allowing her to open her jaws exceptionally wide. Her human-like body is covered in a mix of snake-like scales and ordinary skin.

The Lamia’s abilities: 1) Turning someone to stone upon physical contact. (Concept inspired by the NVIDIA Medusa Demo). Lamia has the ability to turn living beings—humans and animals alike—into stone. A simple touch from her is enough to initiate the transformation process. (Note: This does not mean every touch is dangerous; she has full control over this ability and can choose when to activate it.) The process is extremely painful and fatal. However, if a creature has not yet fully turned to stone, Lamia can reverse the transformation, should she choose to do so. 2) Hypnosis (Concept inspired by *The Jungle Book*). While this form of hypnosis relies on eye contact, it functions more as a telepathic ability. Through it, Lamia can exert control over both animals and humans, read human thoughts, and communicate telepathically (though only over short distances). She can also use this hypnosis to completely shatter a person’s sanity, or conversely, to exert a positive influence on their mind—such as calming them, removing fear, or potentially even curing depression. 3) A long, serpentine tail in place of legs, which grants her great physical strength. Lamia can coil her tail around a victim’s body—at the very least, restricting their ability to breathe, and at the very most, crushing every bone in their body. That said, from a purely technical standpoint, the tail could also be used for far safer, and perhaps even more pleasant, purposes.

A theme I’m obsessed with is the regency era at the moment, with shows like Bridgerton and The Other Bennet sister it’s safe to say I’ve reignited my love for this era. Off campus- I am obsessed. I cannot tell you how quickly this show has been my personality. I love the music and the pop culture references. I would love to explore in this fandom, I have ocs for John Logan, Garrett, Dean and Justin. But John and Garrett are my preference for a love triangle. I would love to get different parings and scenarios going here. I only have show knowledge but I am working on this!

Camp Rock 1,2&3- super cringe I know but I love these movies so much! Would love to work in this verse and just have a bit of fun with the plot and world building to be honest! I have loads of ideas and who doesn’t love the Jonas brothers?

The Last Kingdom- I am high key obsessed with this one. I have some ideas for a Celtic Queen and I’d love to toy with the ideas in the show like future seeing and what not. I have an oc I pair with Leofric or Uthred.

One Tree Hill- I am obsessed with this show, I am very early in season one but it’s reignited my love for the classic 90s/00s shows! I’d love to work with Lucas/Nathan or Jake from the show please and thank you. Lucas or Jake would be my preference and where possible I’d love to look at a love triangle here. I have a few devastating ideas regarding plot for Jake!

Supernatural- I am really picky with this fandom. I may say no just like ACOTAR and fourth wing. Please don’t be offended, I’ve just had very bad past experiences. Would love to work against a Dean for my oc and again I have some really sad ideas for their plot.

Buffy the vampire Slayer- I’d love to explore this fandom! I have high key devastating ideas for Spike that would add so much fun to the plot. Particularly in the later seasons. I’d love a Spike verses angel triangle but I’m open in this fandom!

The last kingdom - I am obsessed with this show. Only on season one but I adore Uthred and Leofric would love to work on this verse if anyone is interested. I would love to showcase the Britons a bit more and explore some Celtic history as well!

Les Mis- I would love to explore Paris during this time. I have a female oc I pair heavily with Enjolras or Marius but Enjolras would be my preference. I have a few devastating ideas for this verse that mix in parts of Moulin Rouge. I have thoughts on an informant for the Revolution working at the famous club so she can get news of the royalist movements. On this note I am also obsessed with Wicked and would love a Fiyero if possible.

Harry Potter- As much as JK Rowling sucks I love love love Hogwarts and the wonderful characters she created. I would love to write against a Draco, George, Sirius or James. I have a few plots including a time turner experiment.

Fourth Wing- Words cannot express my love and adoration for Basgaith war college and the amazing men Rebecca Yarros has given us. My characters main male here is Xaden. She’s created to be the light in his world and I’ve been working on her for years so I hope you like her! Other favourites include Liam, Ridoc and Araric. I’d love to do a love triangle for this verse I honestly think there are so many intriguing options.

ACOTAR- Again another special fandom in my heart. I love the Illyrians so much so I would love to do something with Cassian or Azriel. I never get to pair with Az so I’d love to explore something there. I’m also intrigued by the idea of the autumn court males so Eris and Lucien. I think a love triangle between these guys could frankly be deadly. I have several heart breaking and detailed ocs for this verse. I’ve been working on these characters since the first book came out and adding to them as we got more info. I also love TOG but I won’t list my pairings here- it’ll be too intense a post haha.

Euphoria/Wuthering Heights - weird mix I know. But I adore Jacob Elordi and am basically willing to work in any of his projects provided I’ve seen them! I’ve watched Wuthering Heights, Priscilla, Euphoria (S1 only new fan!) and of course SaltBurn.

Maxton Hall/Outerbanks- Desperately craving a James Beaufort and a JJ Maybank. I never get to pair with either. I’ve put these two fandoms together because they’re a similar theme. But I have so many ideas for each of these men. Please let me know if you’d like to write in these worlds.

Top Gun- Words cannot express how much I LOVE these movies. I am looking for a Maverick, Goose or Iceman from the first movie. From the second Bradley, Hangman or Maverick please! I am more than willing to double on this fandom. I love the movies so much. Please be familiar with the plot and verse!

Disney- Please ask about this one. But I am more into the live action adaptions. Cinderella for example and Pirates of the Caribbean. I also love Narnia and the 2000s stuff like Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire. I just think they’re fun light hearted fandoms that could be nice to write in. I also utterly adore the movies Tangled and Hercules so I’d love to work in these verses too!

Bridgerton- please give me a well written Bridgerton brother. Craving an Anthony or Benedict right now- largely due to the new series reminding me of how fun the verse is. If anyone has seen it as well I’d love to work in the world of the other Bennet sister. I’m searching for a Tom or Will.

ASOIF- I love this verse too and think it’s so much fun. Although I do struggle to finish GOT. I don’t think I’ve ever made it past season six haha. I love the premise so much and I have several characters I’m searching for. But my mains are Robb Stark and Jon Snow. For House of the Dragon I’m looking for Daemon.

Sinners- would love to work against the smokestack brothers please! I actually studied this era and it’s a story I would love to tell. I also love the music in this movie and I’d love to be able to do it justice in a unique story line.

Hunger Games- I write across the eras with this fandom. It’s such a vast and uniquely fascinating fandom that just keeps growing and growing. I would love to find a Finnick O’Dair or young Coriolanus here I have some intriguing ocs who may help reshape the Panem universe.

LOTR- I am a fan of the movies (I know boo me haha). I am reading the books but very slowly due to dyslexia. I am trying my best to get through them as quickly as I can but they are challenging. I’m searching for a Legolas or Aragorn here!

Pirates of The Caribbean- I am obsessed with sea legends at the moment and have several ideas I’d love to explore. I have some tragic and exciting ideas I’d love to explore with a Jack or Will as well if possible I would love a love triangle. But I understand that might not be possible!

I am also obsessed with Greek myths and legends as well. I’m in love with Medea by Rosie Hewlett and I adore the Riordanverse but my main eras are The Olympians and Hero’s of Olympus I haven’t read anything else by this author yet. I do also have specific canon x oc pairings I want to do so please don’t be upset if I do say no to a pairing.

I would love to explore a slow-burn romance set against the backdrop of WWII, whether in occupied France, wartime Britain or even the aftermath, following two individuals whose paths cross when the world around them seems to be falling apart. While I enjoy historical settings, romance and character development would remain at the heart of our story.

Some Tropes & Dynamics I Would Love to Explore :

A Soldier & a Civilian: A romance between someone whose life revolves around the war and someone desperately trying to preserve a sense of normalcy, knowing their time together might be painfully limited.

Childhood Sweethearts / Second Chances: Two people who once knew and loved each other, separated by circumstances, only to reunite years later as entirely different individuals.

Marriage of Convenience: A marriage arranged out of necessity, whether for protection, appearances, or survival, gradually develops into something neither character anticipated.

Some i have seen in full or up to date are jujustu kaisen (i have an oc and been wanting to do this one) naruto, bleach (second one i want to do) dragon ball, seven deadly sins, record of rangnork, kengan ashura, my hero academia (i got a couple ocs). A few videos id love to do is assassins creed, the division, gears of war, far cry 5 (i got an idea for this one). Hey! I was looking to do a roleplay consisting of fantasy elements in a modern setting! This roleplay is mostly set to be a slice of life and romance based roleplay with many different opportunities for action and drama, as well as a great amount of free room to add world building as we progress the story. I usually make a bit of a guideline for the sort of world building I like, and then allow us to add as many countries, islands, species as we want. I love making little events/traditions for our ocs to take part in, and just to make the world feel more alive outside our main characters/settings.

A bit about me, I am 20 and do not roleplay with minors so please do not contact me if you are under 18. I usually write anywhere between 1-3 paragraphs on average but can go a lot higher to about 8 paragraphs if I am feeling particularly inspired or have a lot to go off of. I am mostly interested in LGBTQ+ couple dynamics, though a dynamic I have been really wanting to try is a feminine man paired with a masculine woman. I am good with writing multiple characters and love to make our ocs have different friends together so it’s not a rut of the same two characters interacting constantly.

The idea I have is of our characters being of different backgrounds and clashing heads at first, maybe dealing with themes of classism or rivalries between each other’s families that prevents them from being together, so they can fall for each other despite their differences and what others think. I like the thought of them being at a college where they have to see each other, so they have more opportunity to learn more about each other and grow past any prejudice. I also had an idea that I liked of your oc having a young child from a past relationship that they have to take care of, which my oc can help take care of them and become their step parent (though it’s only a sweet idea, not required whatsoever).

This roleplay I was thinking will have a few different elements to it such as drama, action , romance (if the character go well with each out later on in the roleplay), betrayal, tradgey, new alliances and etc

M4F medieval high fantasy rp (adv. Lit to Novella)

Hey there all

I am currently seeking someone to roleplay with, someone long term that enjoys world building and getting invested in not just the plot but the setting and characters as well.

I truly enjoy fleshing out the setting, making a world of our own and making it feel alive. For me I enjoy plots that have a healthy mix of action, adventure, drama and romance, a plot that allows exploration of the entire setting and experiencing all manner of aspects, from tense battles to political intrigue and everything in between.

A fair warning that i do work and my schedule can be rather all over the place, with multiple replies some days or one other days. I do my best to communicate if I am going to be absent for more then a few says and would like the same courtesy. I prefer writing with those 21+ due to my own age.

My writing style:

I would considered myself adv. Lit to maybe Novella, generally exceeding the discord max(because i am too cheap for nitro haha). I write exclusively in the third person and use discord. I am seeking someone around that same level, someone that can help move that story along and offer ideas as well.
