Mrs. Boy actin a foo during intros. She wasn’t moving or visibly breathing. Turns out she was just conked out. Rats acting dead should be illegal

Meet Zwinka, our little surprise baby, who decided that unlike her sisters, she had no intention of growing past the adorable baby stage.
She's less than half the size of her siblings, but she makes up for it with extra agility and boundless energy!

Hello,
we had 2 baby rats make their way into our home on sept 6th. The one was found asleep in a drawer and released outside that week. Full hair, eyes open, moved hella fast. The second fella on the other hand, was a wild crazy man up until he was grabbed a few days ago, oct 24th.
I have raised many of rats and rice, absolutely adore them. I am well aware that a wild rat is not a fancy rat and is a totally different animal. I do not currently own any rats, haven't for years so there is no risk any other rats.
This little fella, hid from EVERY possible humane trap I made, I would find him curled up asleep snuggling my elderly cats, then hed run down behind the beds and be MIA again. Othertimes I'd see him curled up on top of our tv cable box for warmth. I ripped the house apart trying to catch this fella, and he always won, lol. However, I woke up to 5am with something playing with my hair, and was able to catch him when he ran around inside my fitted bedsheet.
We don't have a wildlife rehab around here that accepts rats, unfortunatly. The vet I used to take my rats to when they had myco flair ups, is away on leave.
I did not have the heart to just take this guy outside in our cold Canadian weather right now ( 37F and rain) knowing he'd probably be dead within a few hours if he was lucky. I did what any other ratty person would do, I bought him a cage, proper bedding and warm accessories.
His diet before I caught him, was purely cat food, I found several piles of wet cat food and kibble that he stored and ate. Just for context.
He's now happily eating baby oxbow rat blocks that are soaked in warm water. 2 tsp human baby food turkey and veggies ( no onion no garlic ect), every 4 hours. tiny bits of banana or apple once a day. As well as about a teaspoon offering of vanilla ensure every few hours. He loves food, will sit there till it's gone.
However, he's got next to NO hair, is horribly skiny and has flaky fur.
Here is what I know: I know stress plays a major part, I assume he was terrfied his entire life up until he was caged. He comes out to visit when he hears my voice and just sits there staring at me. I have touched his feet through the cage, he just sits still to watch, then goes to hide, only to come back minute later to eat.
I'm assuming this is something horrible that he'll die from, but I am hoping someone has seen this kinda thing before. I am hoping malnutrition can do this to a baby, and he stands a chance?
Thank you. I have also put a scale in the cage, hoping to see how much he weighs. but I assume probably only a few ounces.
there is no redness, no blood spots, no scratches, no nothing. Just some pale skin under there, and the occasional sneezing.

I wasn't sure if the girls would like it since it's not fleece but Yuki gave it her seal of approval immediately. Definitely have to make some more now.
