I like the look of the (male) blossom set with the white shirt/clothes under the armor bits. But after crafting the layered set, the white part is dark blue. Is there more than one layered set (the AT kirin one)?

In Rise, I ruined the entire vanilla endgame for myself because I did it using MR gear and that was too easy. Is the vanilla World endgame worth playing?

This was mostly a fun process and I did a lot of SOS. The only truly "bad" weapons were Insect Glaive and Bow. After suffering through glaive I decided not to go through with Bow. The rest were good or great.

I recently got into the monster hunter series and I’m currently on world right now. I’m at the point where we just discover the pink rathian post zorah magdaros. I was wondering, what are some bosses I should watch out for that have amazing osts. In other words, what bosses should I put my volume to the max once I see them?

I made a platter for the lucky cat skill. I just ate one and went into a mission. Now I’d like to eat it again except it is greyed out and is not available for me to eat. I also tried to circumvent this issue by remaking the platter on another fav but that’s when I noticed one of the ingredients is not available.

Do canteen items get used up everytime you eat? Why am I in IB having used many different platters up until this point and only now having an issue with this?

As stated in the title, I was wondering what's the best possible build you can make using ONLY the Safi'jiiva Greatsword and Safi'jiiva armor.

I personally loved the look of the Safi'jiiva set when it awakens, so imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the layered armor itself doesn't awaken. I know the set bonus/skills... Aren't the greatest for GS, to say the least, but I want to give it a try to see if it's at least viable. Even if it's not viable against harder endgame monsters, I could at least still use it against easier monsters and look great while hunting them.

So, I just finished the Special Assignment for Alatreon. I'm using 3 pieces of Kaiser armor and 2 pieces of Raging Brachydios armor, along with Frostfang Barioth Dual Blades, without augments.

My armor is almost fully upgraded. Do you think I can solo Alatreon with this setup? My current skills are Health Boost 3, Critical Eye 7, Weakness Exploit 3, and Critical Boost 1.

I'm currently farming decorations from Tempered Zinogre to get Evade Window or Evade Extender, hoping to make dodging Alatreon's elemental attacks easier.

Or should I focus on reaching MR 100 first to unlock better augments before attempting to solo him?

Making a post with some hope that someone has a solution.

Have done 'The Blazing Sun', and 'Pandora's Arena' yet it doesn't show up in LR/HR Special assignments. I'm to the guiding lands quests as far as the Iceborne DLC goes so it shouldn't be an issue of the serious handler. And as far as I can tell from everything I have all the prerequisites (finished both of the earlier quests, am the right rank and don't have the serious handler blocking special assignments) and revisiting the Huntsman/Armory/Smith don't seem to do anything either. Is there some obvious requirement I'm missing or am I just dealing with an unfortunately crappy glitch/bug?

One time Alatreon stole all my nulberies from my inventory hence the second image. Also my friend tried to give me his nulberies and they disappeared as well.

Just beat tigrex, took 27 minutes.
Rathalos took me 47:04:64 rathian kept interfering even after i dung podded her.
She came back 4 goddamn times, got me killed twice during the end losing 2/3rds of the zenny quest reward.

In general most runs take me about 23+ minutes in general.
Glavenus, took me about 40 minutes the first time i fought him, got good at fighting him because of how obnoxious he was.

Every monster either dashes 50 miles away or backsteps after/before an attack and chasing them around is more painful/annoying than it is fun at this point (though tigrex was kind of fun).

I prefer a playstyle that lets me stay mobile and avoid getting hit while keeping my distance from monsters, since a lot of their attacks are annoying to dodge up close. I also want to deal a good amount of damage because I play with a friend and want to be able to contribute during tougher boss fights. With all that in mind, which ranged weapon would best suit my playstyle?

Kulu-Ya-Ku has 15,370 HP in Master Rank, while a Gold Rathian has 21,000. Seriously, how does that make any sense? A monster that predictable and weak shouldn't have that much HP.

Basically, when you fight these kinds of monsters, you should feel much more powerful and be able to kill them in just a couple of hits. The truly challenging fights should come from the monsters that were actually introduced in Master Rank, and even then, not every single one of them needs to be a damage sponge. Their HP should scale with your progression through the rank instead.

My first Monster Hunter game and fell in love with it. Been grinding quite a bit, especially for the Deviljho LS + Handicraft Charm 2. I'm still looking for options on what to replace my Rathalos Mail with since I don't have access to Kulve Taroth yet but I think I already have a pretty solid build for the remainder of HR quests.

Any thoughts?
