Hiring [Hiring] Remote Product Designer, full-time, UTC-6 to UTC+1 (UK, Europe, Latin America), data and AI product

MLabs is hiring a full-time Product Designer for a client, a trend intelligence platform used by brand innovation teams, product marketers, social media teams and agencies. Fully remote, open to anyone between US Central (UTC-6) and Central European Time (UTC+1). Core hours are 9:00 to 12:00 Eastern, which is 14:00 to 17:00 UK. Target start is January, with early onboarding available.

What you would own: the main dashboard, where users explore trends, generate reports and use LLM features. You would take features from framing to launch with written proposals, user flows, prototypes and Figma specs. You would design the AI experiences (chat, automated reports, inline summaries), including how insights are attributed and how uncertainty is shown. You would own the Figma design system and keep it aligned with the React component library. You report to the Frontend Lead.

What they ask for: 3+ years of product design, ideally owning features end to end on a B2B or SaaS product, and a portfolio that shows how you frame problems. Experience with data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, reporting), design systems, and strong Figma. Clear written English, since much of the work is async. The role is product, UI and UX only. No production code, no brand or marketing work.

Nice to have: founding or sole designer experience, designing AI features or rubrics for LLM output quality, data visualisation, consumer goods, beauty or food and beverage.

Compensation is listed as competitive and set to experience. The process is a video screen, an online assessment, a 30-minute chat with the Lead Designer, a screen-recorded case study and a final interview.

For Hire I'm a brand designer in Dubai, looking to connect with founders who give a damn about what they're building. [FOR HIRE]

TL;DR: I'm a Dubai-based brand designer with nearly 20 years of experience, looking to connect with founders and business owners who care about what they're building. Whether you're starting something new, rethinking your brand, or need someone to take the creative reins, I'd love to collaborate, bring my experience to the table, and help turn your ambition into something meaningful.

There's something I genuinely admire about people who take an idea, a belief, or even a little bit of madness and decide to turn it into something real.

And lately, I've been thinking about how much I'd love to work more closely with those people.

I've spent nearly two decades in advertising, branding, and design, helping businesses shape their identities at different stages of their journeys.

But the part I've always enjoyed most isn't necessarily the design itself.

It's getting to know the people behind the business. Understanding what they're trying to build, why it matters to them, and figuring out how design can help bring that ambition to life.

That's something I'd like to do more of.

Maybe you're starting something new and haven't quite figured out what your brand should be. Maybe you've built a successful business, but your identity no longer reflects who you've become. Or perhaps you're juggling so much that you need someone you trust to take ownership of the creative side of things.

I'd love to be that person.

Someone who listens, asks questions, challenges ideas when needed, gets his hands dirty, and genuinely cares about what you're building.

I'm not here to pitch a branding package or sell you a logo.
I'm looking to build relationships with people who share a certain curiosity, respect for craft, and belief in doing things properly.
No elaborate pitch. No big promises.

Just a creative who still gets excited about a good idea, looking to meet people who feel the same way.

So, to the founders and business owners here: what are you building?

I'd genuinely love to hear your story.
And who knows? Perhaps we could build something together.

Hiring [HIRING] 5-10 Artists for a Nostalgic Christmas Trading Card Series | $200 per Illustration (More for established artists) | NO AI

Update: We lost access to the account that made the original post, so I’m reposting. Sorry for any confusion. I’m Sean, the art director at VaultMint, and you’ll find my contact info for submissions at the end of this thread.

We’re VaultMint, a collectible metal trading card company, and we’re looking for 5–10 artists to each create 1–2 original illustrations for our upcoming holiday series inspired by The Night Before Christmas.

Strong familiarity with the poem and the Christmas traditions it captures is especially important to us.

We want to capture the feeling of hearing this story on Christmas Eve: a quiet house, children dreaming, stockings waiting, and the anticipation that something magical is about to happen.

The goal is to preserve the poem’s traditional charm while creating scenes that families today can immediately understand and connect with. Warmth, personality, expressions, and thoughtful little details should make the illustrations feel familiar and meaningful.

Different art styles are welcome. Painterly, vintage, whimsical, and traditional storybook approaches could all work beautifully. The stronger the sense of holiday nostalgia, the better.

Each illustration will capture a different scene from the poem. We’ll provide the assigned scene, main subjects, dimensions, and references, with room for your creativity.

Budget: $200 per finished illustration, with 1–2 illustrations per artist.

Project requirements:

Absolutely no generative AI at any stage. Traditional artwork and hand-created digital illustrations are welcome.

High quality, highly detailed artwork suitable for printing on metal trading cards.

Editable, layered source files strongly preferred, with backgrounds, characters, and major elements separated where practical.

A collaborative revision process. We’ll work through sketches and progress updates, with revisions included as needed to meet the agreed brief. Major changes to an approved direction will be discussed separately.

Full copyright and ownership transfer required, included in the commission price and documented in a signed agreement upon final payment. This includes exclusive rights to reproduce, modify, sell, and use the finished artwork across products, packaging, marketing, and future releases.

What you receive:

$200 per completed illustration.

Your name printed on the back of each card featuring your artwork.

An artist spotlight on the VaultMint subreddit and in our Founders Discord during November or December, introducing collectors to you, your artwork, and where they can follow you.

Opportunities for ongoing paid commissions. We have multiple releases each year and need a variety of artists. We’d love to build lasting relationships for future collections.

Please send your portfolio, art/social links, availability, and estimated turnaround time. Let us know whether you can provide layered files and whether the budget and rights requirements work for you.

Send information to --------- [sean@vault-mint.com](mailto:sean@vault-mint.com)

Please also include a few sentences about how you would capture the nostalgia of this poem for today’s audience. Relevant Christmas or storybook illustrations would be especially helpful to see.
