About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Product Analyst to build product analytics from the ground up. You’ll be fully responsible for our analytics tooling and data setup, so the team can make decisions based on data.

What You’ll Do

• Choose, set up and run the tools our analytics depends on
• Define activation and retention metrics and track them across the user journey
• Work with product owners and our Head of Product & Operations to shape what gets built next

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a product-led growth (PLG) model
• Hands-on experience setting up analytics before, not only maintaining it
• Good judgment about which metrics matter and which are noise
