Hello
I am trying to decipher a particular terminology from a 1713 inventory of an estate. I am trying to understand the word "To" in the context, as it starts off the line items in the list. Attached is an example. Thanks in advance.

TL;DR: Researching the death of Anne Bell in 1760 in London. Any information welcome.
I am researching the death of Anne Bell in 1760, a case that attracted wide attention at the time and survives across court records, newspapers, pamphlets, and later histories.
The story connects several places and families:
Aylsham, Norfolk, where the Bell family originated
Devizes, Wiltshire, home of the Sutton family, including the man accused
London, where events unfolded between Covent Garden and Marylebone
Harnage Grange, Shropshire, through Sir William Fowler, baronet, an associate of Sutton.
I am interested in any material at all, formal or informal: archival references, printed sources, local histories, marginal mentions, family traditions, or anecdotes. Even brief or passing references may be useful.
Please comment or message me if you can help me with anything connected to this case.

Captains quarters belong to captain, most luxurious place in the ship , but general belong to higher ranks than captain and lets say he is a lord. Who was accommodate in the captains quarters in that kind a situation?
If captain has a certain orders from admiralty and general give to captain another order for present situation , what would captain do?
Is there any situation in 18th century , a captain restricted privileges of a any general or a lord in his ship?

There are a lot of great options, so multiple entries may be unavoidable. :)

From what there is on-line, he strikes me as an interesting character and certainly someone worth remembering. The 19th Century apparently agreed! So why is he relatively obscure today? Did de Kalb become unfashionable during the World Wars?
