Does anyone have any CHINESE emo song reccomendations? I've tried searching for them, but as someone who speaks mainly English and isn't that much in the Chinese music scene, it's hard to just search up "Chinese emo songs" and get actual Chinese songs of the emo genre. It's either emo is used as a label of sad or I get emo songs made by Chinese people, but it's in English :'')

I'd really like for some reccomendations, as many as possible!

TLDR: what are some emo songs that are in chinese?

New band from Portland, OR,

Ex members of Life At These Speeds and current Carrion Spring

We recently released a 4-song demo available on Bandcamp and the usual streaming platforms. Booking shows in the Pac NW? Let us know, we want to play!

I don't know how common it is but I've heard a few bands do it so ik its possible

Under A Dying Sun: Setting Fire, Every Stitch is a Reminder

You and I: Seascape (usually when playing live)

EmmaNJ: Intro to obsession (demo)

haven’t seen anyone mention this band here yet, most of their stuff is more MCR oriented but their first single is definitely right for this subs side of emo. me and my bro are seeing them live on thursday in philly

I can understand some bits, ex. the intro, but I can't understand jack in the verses. Anything helps!

I can barely recall what the vocalist looked like, he was really fem looking and often in makeup to the point where it was hard to tell he was a man? And it was definitely emo/scene but also kind of heavy, and mostly if not completely clean vocals, not much screaming. They put a song out around that time and it was leading to a new album that they were excited for, I didn't listen to a lot of heavier music at the time but this one really got me. I'd remember the name of the band as soon as I heard it and I'll delete this once I remember. Please help this is driving me crazy lmao

Hey one of the mods of r/WarpedTour here. We actually have 2 AMAs going on for bands playing the Florida WT date that you may want to know about:

The Early November has an AMA today & it is open now for questions!

MxPx's AMA is next week.

Hope you swing by for both.

I have a couple photos from bands Penfold, Braid, Rainer Maria, The American Analog Set( dont know if this is the same category) and a couple of others. just shoot me a message or comment if you have anything similar or think I might be interested in!! thank you

My copy of Three Cheers is not in my current apartment and I only ever had the cd of Through Being Cool (no case/liner notes) which I believe I have away, so only three albums this time.

Starting 11-20 shortly!

Yr renaissance burn down tour show at 924 Gilman this Friday. I can no longer make it (💔💔💔💔💔) so I'd like to make some money back and let someone else take my place

Can do $23 which was the original ticket price before fees, pm me or reply if interested!!! I'll do the transfer through show slinger as provided with the ticket which I haven't done before but just requires your name/email/phone no.

P.S. Sorry it autocorrected febuary in the title I'll accept my punishment

absolutely love the drums on all the JANK records, oolong, and fail better, heal faster; just looking for drummers with a similar tone/drumming style.

I’m looking for stuff like these:

-The Summer We Went West
-Sioux Falls
-I Wish I could Skateboard
-EEIWALE
-TWIABP
-Football Etc.
-Joie de Vivre
-Karas Walk Home
-Woke Up Falling
-Attic Abasement

Bonus points if they’re close anywhere near North Carolina. I miss basement shows and going to concerts without having to worry about getting crowd killed by a fat dude in a Sunami shirt and a flannel who’s never heard of deodorant before

I thought about the amount of waves in emo and got confused about the dichotomy between 3rd wave and 4th wave. Why is it called "Emo Revival" if 3rd wave was very active? Is it because the 4th wave had a massive stylistic change compared to what it was in the 2000s?

Movements full set in Boston.
