Hello! Just snagged a PS5 Pro recently. Although I got the console a few weeks before GTA6, the main purpose is to play PS Exclusive games and get full advantage of it.

I got Ghost of Yotei & Wolverine with it, and Horizon Forbidden West later on. I am really amused to see how beautifully it can handle Ghost of Yotei. That 60fps locked with Ray Tracing On is the reason why I wanted a Pro.

I am also looking for other “PS5 Pro Enhanced” games which could deliver Yotei-level graphics and stability. Mostly looking for Horror/Thriller genre, but any genre would work (if I like it :3).

Either way, i can say for sure it shines best on a premium tv (OLED or flagship mini led)

Anyone had problem with motion blur in this game? It's horrendous for me and I can't even focus.

Hey everyone!!! So, Phantom Blade Zero is releasing in a couple of days, and every review I’ve seen is really, really good…….great actually. But all the reviews I’ve seen have been with them playing on PC. Has anyone seen any reviews regarding the PS5 Pro, performance, settings, use of PSSR2, etc etc??

I’ve only seen the Push Square one and they don’t really go into anything technical, just say that it’s basically great.

Found this rare unicorn at a gaming store in Boston and I bought it. I dusted it off and cleaned it. Just bought a couple of accessories and installed a dust protection mesh filter.

Please help me configure it.

Most of my videos turn out washed out. I've tested with games such as Final Fantasy XVI, NTE, Silent Hill Townfall, The First Descendant.

Townfall doesn't even upload on 4K, just full HD.

I want to be ready for GTA6, and although I'm no big streamer, I enjoy saving some of my clips on YT.

IMO could Sony take advantage of the hardware prices for pc parts. I bet a lot of players that would need a new PC to keep up with new games would choose a console as an alternative and rather spend 1000 than 5000 on gaming hardware and high framerates is something that pc players are usually used to and I kind of understand that for some it would be an argument against a console. I belive that something that adds 20-30 fps to any game without making it look weird could convince some of the pc players.

This is from a reviewer who has played the game on PS5 Pro, most likely will be the same on base PS5 without PSSR.

На днях решил скачать игру из библиотеки на плойку, столкнулся с тем, что скорость загрузки обычной игры на 60-70 ГБ достигает 78 часов. Причем очень странно, что буквально неделю назад грузилось всё нормально.

Не понимаю, почему резко упала скорость и с чем это связано...

У меня PS5 Pro. Подключена по Wi-Fi, последние месяцев 5 работала стабильно и скачивала всё обычно, без сильных задержек.

В качестве эксперимента удалил игру, которую качал 3 недели назад (скачал буквально за пару часов), сейчас же поставил на скачку и пишет «осталось примерно 68 часов».

Подскажите, пожалуйста, может кто знает, с чем это связано и как это исправить?

I was a release day CD player, and honestly while yeah the game had trouble areas, like large scale battles and dips when it rains, fog, ect, other then that it ran pretty well regardless of quality or performance mode. Quality mode, which was my preferred mode, was always generally really stable outside of being near water or rain, which would drop fps or so by maybe 1 or 2, but I'm one of the types that if given the choice I prefer a steady 30 rather then a jumpy 60 where framerates are constantly going from 60, to mid 50s ect, but even performance mode rarely dipped under the 50s.

I jumped back into it because I haven't played since they released "enhanced", which adds more depth to the story, so I started a new game. Immediately the opening area in quality mode was already constantly dipping. That entire battle sequence was at around 25 fps, which earlier, even after they added pssr2 in the quality mode, would still hold between 30 with an occasional dip.

The horse ride afterwards from the lake to the town was also choppy with dips, which again didn't happen before. The northern area outside hernand is also very dippy now, while the weird part is in the actual city itself with all the NPCs, which used to dip to like 29 28 fps in the past in the big crowd areas is now actually performing better and holding 30 lol. It's the outside foliage areas that are now the issue which weren't an issue before.

I posted a topic on the CD subreddit but trying to get an unbiased opinion there is hard. They are very defensive there in general over this game, telling me it's my console or I need to get a PC, only a few people chimed in with actual useful info. A few people actually think they made the game perform better on base consoles, but somehow fucked over the pro version in the process, so now the base consoles actually have a smoother running version then we do.

Any of you here that play or have played CD recently can chime in here? Is it possibly my console? Or did they just fuck up the game? My console runs other games just fine, i not had any crashes, overheat warnings, and I deep clean my pro every 6 months. Its almost 2 years old.

As the title states I’m receiving my ps5 pro tomorrow. I’ve never played on PlayStation before I’ve always been an Xbox guy.

What are some titles I must play? I’ve already got mw4, resident evil requiem, stellarblade, spiderman 2, god of war ragnarök, fc 27 and ghost of yotei. Anymore titles you guys recommend and I buy?

After receiving all your feedback, I decided to put together V2.5 for you. The goal was to make the Load Order lighter and easier to manage without sacrificing the visual experience

I removed several non-essential mods and simplified the setup. JK’s Skyrim now handles the cities, allowing me to remove many individual mods without noticeable visual downsides. As you can see in the video, the overall look remains intact

With fewer mods, installation is easier, the Creations menu is less likely to cause problems, and there’s more room to add your own mods. V2.5 is meant to be a more flexible foundation, while anyone who prefers V2 with its additional dungeons, buildings, and camps can absolutely stick with it

The video shows every mod’s cover image and full description to make installation easier. Just remember to configure the INI settings as shown, save your game, and restart it for the changes to take effect.
