Official Notice šŸ•Šļø Community Reminder: Respectful Dialogue & Open Exchange

Hey everyone,

We just want to take a moment to thank all of you for helping make r/AstralProjection one of the most interesting and supportive spaces on Reddit. Every day, people from around the world come here to share their stories, struggles, and breakthroughs — and that’s something really special. ✨

Lately, we’ve noticed a few discussions getting a bit tense or personal, so this post is simply a gentle reminder of what keeps our community strong:

  • Rule 1 – Be respectful. Speak to others the way you’d want to be spoken to.
  • Rule 9 – Share, don’t impose. Everyone’s journey is different — we don’t all have to agree, and that’s okay.

We’re here to explore together, not to argue about who’s right. Respectful debate is welcome; ridicule, sarcasm, or hostility aren’t.

A few people also asked about ā€œlow-effortā€ posts — just to clarify:
āž”ļø We don’t ban for that. Posts that are too short, unclear, or repetitive are usually just removed with feedback or warning. Offensive posts or spam are escalated.

Our focus is on keeping the energy here positive, open-minded, and mature, not on punishing anyone for sharing.

So keep posting your experiences, keep asking questions, and keep helping others find their way.
Let’s make r/AstralProjection a calm, inspiring space where curiosity and respect guide every conversation. šŸŒ™

With appreciation,
– The r/AstralProjection Mod Team

Are you already familiar with Astral projection and looking for motivation? Click here.

Introduction

Astral Projection, or an Out-of-Body Experience, or Near Death Experience, is the process of detaching consciousness from the body and travelling into non-physical reality; this reality is commonly called the Astral Plane. This is NOT the same as lucid dreaming; however, they are intimately connected; keep reading for various explanations of the difference. By using certain techniques and shifting one's awareness in specific ways, one can experience leaving the body, standing next to your bed and looking down at your physical body. From here, you're able to fly amongst the clouds, visit a different country, discover space, speak with other astral projectors or learn lessons from masters and guides who live in the Astral. You can discover yourself and the journey of your soul and learn new and objective information such as the history of our planet or possible future events. All of this is possible because the Astral Plane is commonly described as the 5th dimension of nature, which if you understand that in terms of raw science, you'll understand that it is beyond time and space. This sounds far-fetched at first, but in practice, it is perfectly understandable and it's a perfectly natural state and an innate ability that anyone can do.

Contrary to widespread knowledge, there are already numerous studies and tests to prove or at least suggest that OBEs is scientifically verifiable phenomena. Look up Graham Nicholls, who has had thousands of experiences, verified them with witnesses and is also being tested on; he is 100% objective and scientific in his approach, we hosted a Q&A event with him in our Discord which you can view here. Additionally, quantum physics is on the verge of understanding the multidimensional truth about the universe. Astral Projection is not paranormal and is not pseudoscience, it is absolutely natural phenomena. May we remind you that lucid dreaming was not considered 'real' up until around 40 years ago when enough scientific studies and media were surrounding it to finally be accepted into collective knowledge.

Furthermore, this topic seems to have certain stereotypes attached to it, such as the type of people interested in it - in our experience, you will find only that the most developed, intelligent and sincere people are those who are highly experienced. Those who are arrogant, egoic and uneducated are usually the ones who can be more delusional and inexperienced. Regardless, no matter who you are, even if you are sceptical or religious, anyone, from any walk of life, from almost any belief system, can achieve Astral Project. Thus your life, and your perception of life, will never be the same again - Astral Projection goes beyond belief, beyond anything one can imagine it to be like; it is one of the most authentic experiences that you'll ever have. It is not an escape from reality, but a unifying experience of a deeper, truer and intrinsic reality. It is not a dream, fantasy, visualiation or imagination. It is a full-on out-of-body experience in the true sense of the word; when it happens, you will know. This is Gnosis; knowledge based on direct experience, rather than belief.

A good introductory lecture on Astral projection can be found here.

The Golden Rule

If you want to learn how to Astral Project, you need to put in the work. You need to study the subject, read, watch the videos, get inspired, meditate and practice. Some are more natural at this than others, but regardless, anyone can do it; you need only to make an effort to master it like with anything in life. Practice makes perfect. It's the same as learning martial arts; you have to get up, go to the dojo, get to know the techniques, how it feels, and align them with your body and mind until mastered.

A Message To Everyone Who Is New

This link contains information about common misconceptions about Astral Projection, please read it:

https://www.reddit.com/r/AstralProjection/comments/ayq2zo/the_same_questions_keep_being_aksed_over_and_over/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x

Remember, Astral Projection is the process where one detaches consciousness from the body. By using certain techniques one can achieve the sensation where you leave your body, stand next to your bed and look down on your physical body. You take control of your energetic body (this has many names) and you are able to manoeuvre this energetic body wherever you desire. For the sceptics, we know how it sounds. But we promise you that it is very real and if you put your beliefs and speculations to the side for a moment and practice, you will experience it for yourself directly, which is completely different from what you could ever imagine, and will surpass all of your expectations (unlike a dream, which lives off expectation).

As to what Astral Projection exactly is, it is of little practical use to discuss this. You can, but you will see that belief and speculation is all in the mind. Whether it is a spiritual experience or a scientific one, all we know for sure is that it can be experienced. It can be done. Everyone can do this. Draw your own conclusion AFTER you Astral Project. Until then, you are just either accepting or disregarding the ideas of other people. An idea can be a tricky thing. It spread fast and if the idea comes from someone who never projected, and does not know what he or she talked about, then it can be a damaging influence.

As well as all this, please be sure to read our rules. They are in place for the respect, equality and benefit of everyone and in them hold core principles that this community values.

What's the Difference Between Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection?

In their deepest essence, lucid dreaming and Astral Projection are very different. Just one explanation you can say is that dreams are an inward subjective experience of your own creation of infinite possibilities, but Astral Projection is an outward objective experience of actual planes of existence that have laws and limitations similar to the physical plane. Unlike dreams, it is a real and tangible place where you can interact with others. Sometimes though there are experiences blurred between the Astral and dreams and it can be difficult to tell the difference. And also the opposite of this explanation can be true whereby we can have shared dreams and non-shared Astral projection. Check out this post and the stickied comment there. There's no absolute formula to tell whether it's a dream or the Astral unless you are experienced, which usually comes after years of practice and honest introspection. What's important is that we learn from wherever we find ourselves in the non-physical; dreams can be just as, if not more significant and profound than Astral Projection, in terms of learning about your own personal spiritual progression.

Check out this video for a full explanation

Continue to check out our Wiki for further explanations, you will find so much useful information in the library of this subreddit. For example, here's a great post explaining: "Is Astral Projection Real or Not?"

Is Astral Projection Dangerous?

Where is the man that keeps telling everyone he never returned from the Astral Plane? How can he spread this message if he never returned? Among all the experienced Astral Projectors who have done it thousands of times, no one ever got stuck, got hurt, got possessed, got 'memory wiped', got reincarnated etc. This is all nonsense, ridiculous fantasies of the mind which derive from fear and fear-mongering.

Remember this well: Fear is a product of ignorance. People who don't have knowledge will fear that what they don't know. If someone shouts "DEMONS~POSSESSION~EVIL", it is very likely that they have no idea what they are talking about. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Every experienced Astral Projector will tell you this. You cannot get hurt. You can fly straight into the sun and get out on the other end without a scratch. Actually, if you read deeply enough, you will find many Astral Projectors have come to the understanding that we all leave the body every night unconsciously anyway.

Can Anything Possess You While You're Out of Body?

You'll find a lot of misinformation and fear-mongering about this and it's mostly nonsense. Astral Projection is absolutely safe and natural. Read these 2 arguments from an Astral Projector's point of view:

1. The Astral body is connected to the physical body in a similar way that a radio is connected to frequencies. You can't have one without the other. PROJECTING implies one location to another, so two locations, not just one. You can be on the other side of the galaxy but still connected to your body. You can also look into the 'silver cord' about this.

2. The fact that we all Astral project every night unconsciously anyway implies that it is most likely safe since you don't really see anyone becoming possessed. In a sense, it's actually safer to practice Astral projection than it is not to, because at least then you'd be conscious of what you're doing and being influenced by at night. Of course, you can't really know whether we Astral project unconsciously every night until you become experienced yourself, but many authors will agree on this.

What is the Astral Plane Like?

Imagine the Astral plane as a place that has different layers, it is multidimensional. It is possible to travel between these layers. Imagine a very high skyscraper; every floor has its own characteristics, its own inhabitants, its own surroundings... its own vibration, frequency and energy.

The first floor is a place of lower vibrations, close to the Earth. It's likely that when you Astral project for the first time this is where your first experience will be. The Astral Plane is a place you share with other humans who Astral project, but also with a lot of regular people that inhabit these planes as their primary home in the afterlife.

When we say low vibrations we mean a low form of consciousness. Not low as in stupid or lesser, low as in dark, restraining, limited. Fear for example is the product of a low vibration, and love is a product of a high vibration.

Check out this diagram and read the stickied comment there.

More on Fear

Fear is nothing but fear itself. It is not a danger to you, it is not a brick in the face. It is simply a feeling that you can completely control and choose whether to feel or not. When it appears, just breathe and accept it. What you accept, you go beyond. Never let fear influence you. It is an undesired state that controls you; instead, control it. There is nothing to be scared of. You can encounter a scary experience, so what? Alright, that was scary, but that's it; an experience. You will get used to it and get over it, and new and more enlightening experiences will follow.

Now to speak more spiritually (sceptics keep your pants on); there are many types of inhabitants or forces in the Astral that can assist you in coming out of body. They have been commonly called guides, masters, angels, spirits etc. Regardless of their labels, they are authentic beings that want you to help you. Your compass to attract them is a sincere and open heart. They have much to share about life, the universe, existence and so forth. These beings are of a highly positive nature, ask them for help and they will. They have your best interest in mind and will teach you many things you want to know. Remember, the Astral Plane is the 5th dimension, distance between objects do not exist, a simple thought or feeling can attract a 'helper' who will come in no time. With this said, many will be sceptical of whether such a thing is possible; that's fine. There is no need to believe in such things. However over time and experience you may start to understand how it is actually possible. It's all about keeping an open mind.

An IMPORTANT Message to Everyone Who is Experienced!

We live in a time where Astral Projection is finally reaching the masses, slowly but surely! We can be part of the initiation of so many new people. The only thing it requires is patience and wisdom.

This sub is not like other subs on Reddit. It is not about being an overly active sub. It is not about posts that receive a lot of upvotes. Its function is not to entertain, it is to teach, with an occasional laugh.

We truly see this sub as a library. We collect as much information as possible and make it available to everyone who walks in. It is a library of development, and in the hallways of the library, people are talking about all kinds of subjects. Sometimes related, sometimes a little less related to what the library offers. Who cares. It's not about the conversations in the hallway, it is about the collection of wisdom that the library offers. It is about the people who walk in and have no idea what is going on. It is about teaching as many people as possible what this all is, how to experience it, and collectively, as a species, discover this next aspect of life.

It can be very frustrating. We know. The number of new people who come into the library shouting and screaming all sorts of things grows by the day in this world of controversy and illusion. The flow of new people entering will never stop - that is a fundamental fact that makes this sub what it is. There are a lot of online forums that have only a few experienced Astral Projectors, but this is the most popular virtual space there is with many wise and experienced members, and this, therefore, implies important work and provides purpose for those who are experienced; to help other souls realise their potential is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give to others.

You can do 2 things:

  1. You are annoyed with the new people who visit our library and you decide it is too loud and you leave.
  2. You see a group of new people walking in the library and sit down, smile, listen to the ridiculous things they have to say from time to time, and even enjoy it sometimes, and say, "Alright, now sit down and let me show you how it actually works."

Everybody has to start somewhere. It is the internet, reflective of our dear human race's collective chaos. Every single kind of person on the planet is represented here. Take that into consideration. Be patient. Try not to be so uptight with gatekeeping. Everyone is welcome here to learn and discuss. Try to see the bigger picture. How long this sub can exist depends on how many people it can help and benefit and how we help each other as human beings.

There is not much more than we can do than present all the information in an easily accessible way as we do already. People will always be lazy and ask the same question as we all know. Answering can be boring, repetitive and annoying sometimes. However, we will never stop. We believe in spreading this knowledge to everyone and we hope you do as well.

If you have the knowledge and you know how to Astral Project then now is not the time to hold onto that knowledge privately. Now is the time to HELP. Humanity is in a state that NEEDS help. So many people are on the verge of awakening. If you know EXACTLY how to project, then you know EXACTLY what a beginner needs to know. The core reason why this subreddit has thrived for so long is that there are special souls here who have been helping others. Share what you know, teach, give guidance, share your wisdom. Only good can come of this. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Those of you who are already helping, you are noticed, and you are truly appreciated šŸ’›

A couple of Buddhist quotes summarises the philosophy of this subreddit well:

"Our visit to this planet is short, so we should use our time meaningfully. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them."

"Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle. Happiness, knowledge and wisdom never decreases by being shared."

Need Tips / Advice / Insights How do I relax during vibrational state?

Hello, so this happened like 20 minutes ago, I woke up from an interesting dream, I realized after going to pee that I woke up nearly 2 hours before my alarm and its been like 6 hours since I went to bed, great.

I lay down. Start breating deeply first, random thoughts happen and even almost fall asleep.

5 minutes in tingles, 5 minutes later, harder tingles and I can feel my jaw become tight.

I really wanted to turn around on my side so I did and a few minutes after that I'm becoming heavy, my arms and legs are slowly becoming like tender, my jaw feels like its being cletched (not actually just something that happens), hypnogogia setting in a bit and bam.

Its starting, I'm vibrating and its difficult to keep my breathing intact, its like having binaural beats playing deep in my body with ringing in my ears for a second I do manage to kinda letgo but when so many things ara happening at once it feels impossible, my breathing becomes shallow, I feel like my eyes might accidentally open so I start focusing there

Even now as im typing the ringing in my ears hasnt stopped

Apart from a generic "just let go" what tips do you have? Or a small excerise I can do while awake?

Fear About AP New to Astral Projection

I’ve accidentally astral projected a few times after getting sleep paralysis. I really don’t know much about it but would like to get other peoples experiences.

The first time I floated out of my body and was involuntarily flopping around the room until I started hearing ā€œbyeā€ on repeat from multiple different voices and was yeeted up to the moon. I got so scared and once I was scared I fell back down into my body

My most recent one I was trying to go see someone I was ā€œflying aroundā€ in the dark and then ended up in a realm? I was in a building and it was day time and the building was so familiar I knew where everything was and I knew I had been there before. Now being awake… I don’t remember ever being there before but I knew while I was astral projecting. I had to ask for permission to leave and go see someone and it was granted by a pretty woman probably late 30s and I was able to go find that person. When I found that person was it really him? Was I in his dream? Was he another entity pretending to be him? I kept getting zipped back to the building. Where they asked me to do things such as sweep and was able to go back out with permission of course and the lady kept bringing me back. This was the first time I asked permission and was able to do what I wanted. I usually try to do stuff and can’t. Are there rules? What are these entities? Does this prove god is real or not real? So many questions

I keep sleep paralysis a few times a month and I don’t astral project on purpose…. I feel as thought something is pulling me to do it or making me astral project.

Almost AP'd and/or Question Der hypnagoge Zustand ich schalfe immer ein

• Upvotes

AP / OBE Guide Did My Father Experience Astral Projection Before His Death? Witnessed Something We Cannot Explain

I LOST MY FATHER RECENTLY, AND SOMETHING UNEXPLAINABLE STARTED HAPPENING AROUND JANUARY. My grandfather, mother and I would sometimes sense or see a shadow moving from one place to another, almost as if someone was moving around us.

What made this even more unsettling was that whenever my mother and I discussed something privately, my father would somehow bring up the exact same things the following day, as though he had overheard our conversations.

I began wondering whether he was experiencing astral projection, an out-of-body experience, or something else entirely. Please understand that my father was also seriously unwell during this period, which makes it difficult for me to understand what was happening.

I am sharing this because I genuinely want to know whether anyone has experienced something similar with a loved one who was ill before passing away. I am grieving, confused, and trying to make sense of what we experienced. Has anyone encountered anything like this, spiritually or otherwise?

General Question Vibrations in a Lucid Dream

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to lucid dream for a while. I’m not great at body asleep mind awake, I can only seem to get ā€œwaking awarenessā€ consciousness for a few seconds in a dream (where it’s hyper clear).

I’ll usually be dreaming normally, then have a moment where I realise I’m dreaming. When this happens, I’ll do a dream check to try and take control. For me this involves looking at my hands in detail.

Last time I looked at my hands in a dream, my consciousness moved from dream awareness to a few seconds of clear ā€œevery dayā€ awareness. My body then started to vibrate in the dream. I tired to roll… and I woke up in another dream in my childhood bedroom?

I’m just curious, has anyone had these vibrations in a dream?

AP / OBE Guide Austral Projection via sleep paralysis?

Hey guys, I have a question. Two years ago or so, I did my first Astral Projection by sitting up during sleep paralysis. It was a short one, but it was an achievement for me! Lately, I practiced entering sleep paralysis a lot. Now, I can enter the state with a really high success rate. I intended to project out of my body the same way I did in the past. It didn't work. I tried to use other methods I came across online. Like the rope method, the rolling out of bed method, or visualizing myself out of my body. It never really did it for me. I try moving my head up, but it feels as if it's stuck on my pillow. It always comes down to this obstacle. All I can do is move my arms up. I can feel them moving in the air while I see them lying paralyzed on my bed.

This is really annoying.

Has anybody advice or even the same issue? Or did you have the same issue but then it worked?

If so, I'd really appreciate your advice or/and opinions to this problem of mine.

Thank you!

Other I felt someone sit down at the foot of my bed. Was it a dream? An OBE? An SP?

I was sleeping normally when suddenly I felt someone sit down at the foot of my bed.

I was startled and said, ā€œOh, that scared me :|ā€

But I didn’t worry too much because I thought it might have been my grandma or my cousin, but then I noticed that when they got up, they didn’t make any noise walking—I mean, I didn’t hear their footsteps.

That seemed strange to me, but I kept sleeping and didn’t bother to pull back the covers to see who or what it was.

By the way, it couldn’t have been my grandmother or my cousin because they never, ever sit on my bed. When I woke up, I asked my grandmother if she’d sat on my bed, and she said no.

And I’m not entirely sure if it was a dream, sleep paralysis, an out-of-body experience, a lucid dream, or if I was half-asleep or fully awake. At times it seems like a dream, and at other times it doesn’t.

This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

New to AP Underwater/water learning space like place

Hello, people who astral project occasionally, is there an academy or place that’s located underwater or where there’s a lot of water where you heal or learn about healing. I have a lot of dreams where I’m at a school and it’s either raining, full of waterfalls, pools, and I’m always learning with my classmates. Sometimes it’s dark, sometimes it looks very neo-noir, sometimes there’s technology and alien like and robotsā€¦šŸ«ŖšŸ«ŖšŸ«ŖšŸ«ŖšŸ«Ŗ I’ve had like at least 10 dreams in the last three years about these places

Other I just realized I missed an opportunity to have a friend help me astral project back in 2024

I was getting into witchcraft and spirituality at the time and met this online friend who was into astral projection. When I told them about my interests, they told me about the astral plane and their higher self, and they even contacted my higher self and told me her name, which I thought was SO COOL

They told me they could help me get out of my body if I wanted, but I said NO because I was worried about them seeing me looking like a mess 😭 I was struggling with depression and was so insecure about how I looked that I didn't want to scare them off

We eventually stopped talking as much, and now I keep thinking about how I could've taken them up on their offer..

I WAS SO STUPID FOR THAT 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

LD ↔ AP A positive mindset is a powerful thing.

this is just a post for those who were like me who thought the positive mindset stuff was BS.

so 2 years ago I started a dream journal in hopes of improving my chances of lucid dreaming and astral projection. as I stuck with it, my dreams began to improve in quality and recall. one night I even astral projected from my dreams, I felt myself break through something (it was a tad bit painful.) and then i was out of my body. following that experience, I stopped dreaming as much as I used to. I went from 4 dreams every night to 1 every few days. I still maintained my dream journal but there was no improvement. I had it in my head that when I astral projected from my dream state I had broken something inside me, (I would think back to my first ap experience, how it felt like I had to break through something to get there.).

it’s been maybe, a year since then. lately, i’ve been so excited and eager to just dream again. at night I’ve been saying to myself ā€œI will dream, I will remember them, they will be fun, they will be vivid.ā€ and it has worked, iā€˜m still on my way, but I am seeing a steady improvement. I am now averaging 2 detailed dreams a night. I can’t wait to get back to where I was. and AP from my dreams again, as that’s the method that works the best for me. if anyone here who might have seen their dream recall decline, I hope this gives them hope that they can get it back.

Successful AP Wim Hof method helped me achieve AP.

Hi

So I have been doing the Wim Hof method for the past two weeks every day after waking up and before sleep. I've noticed many benefits from this such as increased energy during the day, better sleep during the night, I'm calmer and I enjoy everyday 200% more than before. This also affected my AP attempts to the point i actually left my body for the first time and did it again next night. It was an awesome experience but it didn't last long because i returned very fast but I have no idea why, I just got pulled down back to my body, lost consciousness and slept. Anyways i recommend this method of breathing to calm your body before OOBE or LD because it's so much easier to let go of all thoughts and just relax and let OOBE or LD happen.

Need Tips / Advice / Insights can reach the vibrations, but can't get past the magnetic pull. any tips?

Last night, I was scrolling through this sub for the first time in a while after giving up on trying to AP about 2yrs ago.

Then last night, I was dreaming, and I think I was somewhere between dreaming and waking up. I could see my room, but everything looked grayish and dark. Then, out of nowhere, I thought that I can try to AP from here lol funny thing is, there wasn't much conscious thinking involved. It was more like an instant thought, and I just acted on it.

First, I tried the rolling-out technique, but it wouldn't work. I could feel vibrations all over my body, almost like a magnetic pull that was keeping me from getting out. So I tried the rope method, but that didn't work either. :( Eventually, I just gave up and woke up.

This is the same issue I had 2 years ago. I think I'm okay with the vibrations themselves, but it's more the overwhelming feeling of being pulled back or held in place by that magnetic force that I can't seem to get past. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get past it?

Ughhh I feel like I was so close! does anyone have any other techniques or tricks I could try?

TIA xx

Need Tips / Advice / Insights Feeling Stuck/ Can’t Exit ā€œProperlyā€ and Always Losing Lucidity

Hello everyone! I have a few questions about exiting and general things about AP.

So I have been practicing AP for around a month now, and practiced around 6 months ago without any progress. This time around I am making a lot of progress and it’s really exciting!

So to start, I’ve been trying to use the method where you just set a strong intention to stay still when you awake, and then exit from there. It took me about a week to get the staying still part down, and during that I would try some exit techniques. I would mostly try the roll out technique, but everytime, I seemed so stuck to my body. Like I would move slightly and could actually FEEL myself roll, but I would not get anywhere. Most of the time during that I would just lose my lucidity and enter a more dream state. Sometimes even after that I would become conscious again and would attempt a second time, but none of the techniques would work, I feel glued to my body.

I have also been dreaming a lot about AP, so I know how strong my intention is. I feel that I am really close, but I have been in that same scenario of becoming aware when I wake up/in a dream, immediately trying to project, and not being able to leave my body or losing lucidity and focus so fast. At first I thought maybe it just wasn’t the right time for me to exit properly, but now that it has happened so many times I feel like I may need to look for some advice. So, I guess my questions are:

1.) Did you all often feel ā€œstuckā€ in your body when trying to exit even when the circumstances seem perfect (during my attempts I always wake up and can FEEL the difference, like I know if I roll it will be my astral body and not my physical)?
2.) What did you do to fix this? Should I just keep trying in these same attempts?
3.) Is there any tricks to staying lucid and conscious during these attempts? Even my lucid dreams seems to collapse on me very quickly and I feel like this is stopping me from getting better at exiting.

Any tips or your own stories would be very helpful, I have been enjoying and feeling sooo excited in my journey so far. But even when I can manage to get to the right state my attempts seem useless and it’s becoming very frustrating. Thank you!

P.S : I even had one attempt where I called out to my spirit guides when I couldn’t roll out, immediately after I felt a rushing sensation that lasted about a second, then faded. Idk if that means anything.

Question on How to AP Letting Go During the Transition

Good evening.

When I think of a place, I feel the room change or sense a vortex. However, I have a hard time letting go—letting myself ā€œdanceā€ with the vortex or the pull.

Last time, I saw a tunnel and some lights. It seemed to last forever...

How can I do that ?

General AP Info / Discussion Thoughts or Insights

So i was scrolling tt and saw a video about astral projection and how to do it previously i had spoken with a girl who was 14 and said only a select few could do it so i tried nothing happened. This time however i had some instructions from the video just stay still look in the darkness feel your body, hear the ear ringing when it starts and so i did. Then i started shaking and the noise was getting very loud (at the time i didn't know of the vibrational stage) i was getting spooked but i endured it till i saw an eye like it was looking at me and so i stopped and got up my body felt heavier and my heart was beating fast. The next day i hopped onto discord and joined an ap server they told me it was normal and whatnot so everyday for the next 20 days or so id try to recreate before sleeping it but couldn't however i started having more dreams and remembering them like 4 dreams on a night and remembering them i started journaling. Till one day i was so tired i didnt even try to AP i just went to bed i think i woke up ( maybe was dreaming) but stayed still and my vision was static like moving very fast and whatnot. Afterwards it felt like i was slipping through my feet like a skin shedding its skin it was very pleasant and enjoyable baybe lasted from 1 min to 5 and i prolly felt asllep like 2 times during it somehow i felt like i was out just opened my eyes and was out of body on the room i usually sleep on the side of bed (Note i was sleeping on another room that night) it was mostly the same as irl except it felt moe real and the world was smh a bit blue like.

After that haven't had any obe but whenever i try to ap i sometimes see black figures and they scare the hell out of me once i was working on an obe and suddenly on my vision appeared an eye and i was seeing through it those figures.

New to AP Trying astral projection for the first time and got a flash of an almost all white classroom before I got scared and fell out. Maybe kind of like a college lecture hall or lab? Does anyone know what that is?

Just curious if anyone else maybe experienced the same thing or if it was my imagination at work. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤”

AP / OBE Guide Guardian of the threshold

I'm looking for someone who has experience with the guardian of the threshold and how one has overcome him. Used to be an avid astral projector. Since then I've been banished from the astral plane for years has anyone else had this experience?

Need Tips / Advice / Insights Any binaural beats/healing frequencies on YouTube that I actually work?

I have been trying many different ones but none of them work at all. Literally nothing. I feel like it's just nice music but I am looking for something to help raise energy vibration and to heal my exact mind and soul. Ultimately, I want to use it for astral projection as well. Also, for removing negative energy.

Was This AP? Did I accidentally AP?

When I woke up I was lying on my back and I’m sure that it wasn’t a dream bc I was fully conscious. I opened my eyes and I started to get out of bed thinking it was a regular morning. However, I felt my soul leaving my body. My body was still lying on my bed but I was sitting I could feel that I was up. I got really scared and woke up immediately. Also something similar happened few years ago. Again, I woke up but this time I didn’t get up I saw myself lying on the bed but I still felt that I was lying down too it was very confusing. Then, a blue little creature started to fly around my body as I was watching it. It tried to tell me something and I asked it to repeat it but I couldn’t understand. I got frustrated that I didn’t understand it and I woke up. I’m not sure what to make of these experiences can somebody please help me understand? I’ve been trying to make some sense of this for yearsss
