💀Ex-Vegan ⛔️ Need help with nausea :’(
I installed the reddit app just to make this post.
I went animal-based back in April this year. I am not strict with it, so I eat a cookie when my sister makes them, and have some pizza or indian food with my husband when he asks me to. However, my daily diet is generally beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, dairy, sweet potato, and a bit of fruit sometimes.
About 2 months ago I started feeling nauseous. At first, it was for a short period of time, about once a week (from what I can recall). Then it got progressively worse, and now I feel nauseous almost everyday, though not to the point of throwing up, thank God :’(.
I have no idea why this is happening. First I thought I was pregnant, then I thought it was sugar, then I was convinced that it was stress / anxiety, because truthfully it did begin around the time I started feeling anxious about my stressful job, and worried about my future etc. I think that perhaps both of those things play a role, but I did not have sugar today, and I spent the day at home, as it’s my day off. What could I possibly be stressed about today? 🥲
I guess I just wanted to ask if any of you have experienced this, or something similar, and found an answer.
I would be eternally grateful.
Oh, and just for reference, I’m a 24-year-old woman. No other current health issues (going animal-based has pretty much cured them all 🥹), and I am at a perfectly healthy weight, though I really do need to start exercising more and gaining some muscle 🥲.
Anyway. Thank you in advance! <3
