Friends, we may be witnessing the worst refereed game in the history of the NFL
24
u/Big-Pirate2371 1d ago
Call that personal foul but don’t call the ridiculously late hits out of bounds on Mims.
23
u/Snlxdd Broncos 1d ago
I don’t think I’ve seen such a unanimous “fuck the refs” game in a while.
Any given play you know they’re gonna absolutely fuck something up, you just don’t know how or in whose favor.

How do you stop forward progress while the qb is extending his arm and isn’t down and it gets ripped out????
The refs are just making up new rules wtf man

Btw if you havent watched Broncos games thats an average DPI call on moss

I don't usually comment on NFL games. I mostly stick to the CFB sub. However, these refs have been SO flag happy that I just had to stop by and see what people were saying lol. As a neutral this game has been unbearable to watch.
18
u/DeeBeeroncos979815 Broncos 1d ago
The officials have to be DYING to throw a flag right now. It's been so long
18
u/csummerss Cardinals 1d ago
I really don’t understand how you’re supposed to defend now. DB gets his head turned around, minimal hand fighting with WR, and deflects ball.

At this point, Moss just gets called based on reputation, not on what he does/doesn't do. kinda inverted of what happens to stars, where they DON'T get called.

Someone needs to blow up about the refs in the press conference and take a fine. How is it possible these bozos are making 6 figures to do their job so poorly

If they're gonna let him extend his arm, they have to let that decision play out, which was the ball being taken from him. That wasn't the goal line ball breaking the plane ending the play

Terrible call on Trautman to take away first and goal. Missed holding when Franklin was open. Missed two blatantly late hits on Mims. Moss touched the ball before he touched the receiver and gets called for PI. Fuck these refs.
